What a view!

A group of us who get together each Fall to vacation with old friends rented Sea Well as our headquarters. The pictures and listing are accurate, but don't do the view justice. The wall of windows in the Great Room looks straight out onto Cape Cod Bay and you are no more than 20-30' from the water at high tide. The owners were fantastic to deal with. I started talking to them almost 10 months before our trip and never got the feeling that I was bothering them. Moira was always very helpful in addressing any questions I had. We arrived to find everything was clean, ready, and welcoming our stay. The kitchen and pantry were well-equipped and well-stocked. We prepared an early Thanksgiving meal for 12 and had everything we needed. Sea Well is in a nice neighborhood, and the house has direct access to a private beach. Pay attention to the tides though! There is a huge swing between low and high tide, the beach almost disappears at high tide. On a clear day you can see the monument in Provincetown 20 miles across the bay, and at night the moon and stars shine on the water. Plenty of parking too...we easily got 6 cars in the driveway. The house is only about 15 minutes from Plymouth and all it's shops and attractions, and only about 30-40 minutes from the bridge to the Cape (probably more in Summer). We had great fun going to the cranberry farms and seeing them harvesting the berries. If another visitor to the area was looking for a recommendation, I'd offer up Sea Well in a heartbeat.
