The entire property is impeccably clean and a huge amount of time has been spent ensuring that your every need is met, so you can relax in your perfect home away from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains everything you need to cater for yourselves including: all stainless-steel gas kitchen includes, dishwasher, gas stove w/5 burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker, microwave, a stackable washer dryer plus both air conditioning , forced air heating and under-counter lights.
All small appliances including:
waffle iron, blender, hand mixer, mix-master, toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder all pots and pans, cups and glasses, flatware and stemware, plates, bowls, cutting boards...everything needed and supplied!
This property would also suit anyone visiting the city on business that requires an ideal and convenient location close to the business district.
All pots and pans, custom pantry, small and large appliances are included. Custom 'Top down-bottom up' window coverings ensure for maximum shade inside and the blackout shades in both the bedrooms allowing for sleep anytime. A ceiling fan in the master bedroom offers a cooling breeze for those warm evenings. Two additional fans are in the condo.

The living room is tastefully decorated and stylish. It features a custom sofa, comfortable lounging chairs, mid-century furnishing and a large glass coffee table with custom paint colors and lighting complete the living room. The living room can comfortably sit 6. The dining area has a large teak table with teak chairs and can accommodate dining for 6. The living room also has a 40' flat screen HGTV with Charter Cable including HBO, Showtime and 50+ channels and radio. Plus, plenty of books and games to keep everyone entertained. Maps, guides, menus and tourist information are provided.
The master bedroom consists of a beautiful and very comfortable King bed, ceiling fan, alarm clock and ample storage.
The second bedroom consists of a Queen size bed providing comfortable sleeping. All linens are provided. Both bedrooms are carpeted with large windows looking to the balcony and views to Palos Verdes. Custom black-out shades are in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have operable windows for great air flow. Both bedrooms have closets with custom closet organizers with plenty of hangers. Ample drawer space in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with granite counters, dual vanities, plenty of storage, a hair dryer and a large mirror to help you get ready for that night on the town or business event. All linens are provided. The second bath has a tub/shower combination with granite surround plus a large mirror. Both baths have all lights are on dimmers and have electric fans. Bedrooms have operable windows along with the living room for fresh air.
The oversized and private balcony has a table and seating for 6 for alfresco dining or cocktails.
The building is new, built is 2007, and offers the best of amenities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna. There are many meeting rooms and quiet common area spaces including two well equipped gyms and BBQ's. The building offers a guest suite that can be rented for extra guests. Two side by side secure and deeded parking spaces are also included. The garage is gated and operated with an opener. Superior construction includes double dry wall for minimum noise transfer.
The building has state-of-the-art security system. Two lobbies are manned 24/7 and all visitors and guests must register and be announced. Outside doors are locked and one can only gain entrance by using a ' FOB' to unlock.
The unit is close to the best of everything Long Beach has to offer! The Long Beach Convention Center, the Pike Marketplace, Rainbow Harbor, the Long Beach Aquarium, the Catalina Express and the East Village Arts District are all within walking distance. The trendy Pine Street corridor is just three blocks away. Many restaurants, shopping, cinemas and theatres are all within close proximity. The building is conveniently located at the end of the 710 freeway so getting to places in and around Southern California including Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Pasadena, the Long Beach Airport, Orange County, all beaches and the South Bay are very easy. The terminus of the Blue Line is also three blocks away making commuting to downtown Los Angeles or Union Station very easy. This is the perfect location to start or end your stay in Southern California.
Many Long Beach activities are centered around the city's waterfront marina and downtown. Within an 8 block area, there are more than 100 restaurants, plus shopping and entertainment venues. The condo has a walk score of 92!
There are two bicycles in a secured and locked room, along with helmets and tire air pump. Long Beach has many bike paths, one of which runs 5.5 miles along the sandy beach shoreline located 5 blocks from the building. The City, which has been ranked in the top 25 cities by Bicycle Magazine, has 45 miles of bike paths. It's a great and flat area to bike ride.
The city of Long Beach also offers the opportunity to visit the stately Queen Mary. At one time the Queen was the world's fastest and most luxurious ocean liner. Today, she still adds color and a retro cachet to Long Beach Harbor, and entertains passengers in restrauants and on historical tours.
Long Beach, the fifth largest city in California has much to offer the visitor or resident.
Spread out along five-and-a-half miles of sandy coastline, Long Beach is a beach community with lots of room to play.
Many Southern California attractions are located close to the condo including the Aquarium, the Queen Mary, Rainbow Harbor, the East Village Arts District, the Pine Street and the Convention Center.

A month at this condo was great. We have had such a great time. The condo building has every ammenity that you could ever ask for. We used the pool and gym everyday. Grilling by the pool and enjoying cocktails by the outdoor fireplace was fantastic. The part that set this condo apart from other places that we have stayed is how helpful and friendly the staff is! Within a few days they were familiar with our names as well as our little doggie. They were all very professional. Add to this the fact that the owner has thought of everything possible to make us feel at home. We met him at the condo and he gave us all the information we could want about the neighborhood. It is very safe and we could walk to restaurants and stores. Parking here was also easy. We simply cannot say enough about our stay here. We will miss waking up in this beautiful space filled with light and comfort. There is no doubt that this is the nicest California rental that we have had to date.
We stayed at this lovely condo for 2 months and had every amenity we could ask for and did not miss home at all. The condo is fabulous, very spacious with lovely furniture and a gourmet's delight large modern kitchen with gas appliances. The condo has a washer and dryer which is so convenient, I couldn't have lived without it. The building amenities are exceptional, the pool, the gym, a wine room and many great game and party areas. We went to the building Christmas party which was lovely with fabulous food and friendly neighbors. The location is wonderful, everything within walking distance, movies, restaurants and the area around "The Pike" which is lovely for morning walks and evening dinners. Tom the owner is terrific and very responsive to all emails, calls and requests. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We loved It !!!
This is a great condo! We enjoyed our stay immensely, used the heated pool twice daily, walked to the Pier, Metro, and various stores. There is a Von's within walking distance, the Metro can take you all over LA County including downtown LA,USC, and the Science Centre. The square footage is great for any amount of people, but it was perfect for 2 adults and a child. The fan is the Master Bedroom is definitely a life saver! The two bathrooms are very handy as well as the MANY cable channels if you choose to watch television. The amenities in this complex are many and all are well appointed and clean. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice as the balcony is HUGE and the condo itself is bigger than the pics show. Tom is a fabulous owner who answers any questions you may have quickly and effectively. We would not hesitate to stay here again and have already recommend it to family and friends. Everything about this condo is great and if you have may doubts, take it from me, it is well worth the price!
As a travel agent I am very picky where I want to book my vacation. I admit, I was very nervous when booking out of my comfort zone which is at least 4 star hotels. We were all surprised and glad since the condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed and in fact nicer than expected.
After staying 30 nights at this lovely condo our first thought was not to write a review, because we didn´t want anybody else to find this gem.
Tom is such a lovely owner, he answered rapidly to all our concerns/questions and was very helpful before, under and after our stay.
When arriving Tom showed us around the premises and explained everything very patiently and friendly. He made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The condo is beautiful, well equipped, tastefully furnished, clean and of very high standard. One of the biggest concerns for us beforehand was how fast and reliable the internet connection would be, since we wanted to Skype and etc with our families back home. It was wireless and fast, absolutely perfect (better than any hotel we´ve stayed at actually).
The pool area, both gyms, the BBQ and the gated garage were spotless. We do not have one single complaint.
The pool area was soaked in sun during the entire day (which is important for us sun-thirsting Scandinavians) and the heated pool and the hot tub were wonderful. The gym was really well equipped for our needs and we used it a lot.
I didn´t think that we would use the BBQ as much as we did, but the BBQ:s and the nice common area space tempted us to use it a lot.
The building offers all the amenities any upscale hotel would do with a very homey feel, high security and a helpful and sweet concierge.
The nearby area has a lot to offer within walking distance, there are plenty of restaurants , boat tours and some shopping within close proximity.
We had a rental car for the entire stay, which made it easy for us to explore the surroundings farther away from the nearby area.
Long Beach has a perfect location to many sights and places in LA and Southern California.
This is a fantastic condo, do not choose any other property. This is the one! Hope to see you soon again Tom.
I came across this apartment while searching for a place in Long beach within budget for my family and I. I immediately fell in love with the pictures and hoped it would be all it says. I was beautifully surprised as it was even lovelier than we expected! The location was perfect too. It has easy access to shopping areas, also there are lots of restaurants if you want to dine out, there's a movie theatre close by and lots of places to go. Tom the owner was very nice, patient and friendly. The place was well stocked and it felt like home not a rental! My son loved going to the pool. The night time view was awesome. We will definitely be returning here, we enjoyed staying both indoors and outdoors exploring the area.
My husband and I are from Canada and recently retired . We decided on trying VRBO and the Long Beach area because of its location. We had been to California 8 years ago but drove the coast over 2 weeks. We are so glad we decided to rent this condo in Long Beach from Tom.
First of all Tom couldn't have been more accommodating or do enough for us. He ensured us that he was available if we needed him for our entire visit. He was excellent in showing us around the condo and the amenities it has to offer. The heated pool/hot tub area are great. The pool table and media room is just so nice to be able to use to relax. The staff in this condo are very friendly and never did you feel like you didn't belong there. The condo itself is so well stocked that you can come and start enjoying it immediately.
Downtown Long Beach is so convenient that you can walk to any type of restaurant you would want. The variations of restaurants are incredible. We could have walked downtown or to the Pike and never ate at the same restaurant twice.
We loved the location also because it was a quick drive to Santa Monica or to see the sites in Hollywood. We also took a short drive to Palm Springs to visit a relative. I would highly recommend this condo and Tom anytime. We are looking forward to vacationing there again. We would like to say Thank you to Tom for allowing us to enjoy your Condo.
A favorite sea-worthy attraction is the city's Aqua Bus, a 40-foot water taxi that serves the city's main attractions, such as the Queen Mary and Aquarium of the Pacific. The city also sponsors AquaLink, a high-speed 60 foot catamaran that offers service to nearby Alamitos Bay,
which has marinas, restaurants and water sports.
There are several options for getting on the water at a cost, like Whale Watching, Dinner Cruises, Sport Fishing, Private Cruises, Harbor Cruises, a Murder Mystery Cruise
and Boat Rentals.

and Buno's Italian Restaurant.
Grocery shopping is located in the recently remodeled Von's Supermarket on Atlantic Blvd also downtown 4 blocks away just off Ocean Blvd.
The famous Queen Mary is a hearty walk although I suggest driving. Two other places of interest easiest by car are both the Maya Hotel and the Reef Restaurant.
The new 'Outlets at the Pike' are leasing 330,000 sq feet of retail space. Currently, the Restoration Hardware outlet has opened and soon the following outlets: H & M, Sperry, Coach, J. Crew and a variety of others coming soon.
Successful Long Beach shopping areas include the Promenade (located within walking from the condo), Belmont Shore, Retro Row, and the Arts District (also walkable from the condo).
The Long Beach Grand Prix consumes Downtown LB for a long weekend in April.
Other downtown LB activities include: the Zombie Walk, Pride and the world series of Volleyball each year.
