This Condo has: 1 new King Bed + 1 new couch bed (twin size), full kitchen, dining area, new flat screen TV, jetted tub, balcony, new A/C -Heater, ceiling fan, digital entry door lock for security and convenience. You do NOT need in check-in at the Reception-we shall send you the electronic code to access to the condo. We have also pretty large dining table for you and your guests, two dressors. Studio was updated in 2011-12. Coin Laundry facility is on the same floor.
Indoor Hot Tub and outdoor heated swimming pool are very pleasant after any activities and situated just 3 levels down by elevator at the same building. Also there are: Free WIFI, Free Cable TV, Free parking, Balcony with mountain view. Discount Lift Passes are available (Winter Season).
All of our Guests like a very convenient in Town Location: Old Town Historical Main Street and two ski resorts (Park City and Deer Valley) are within minutes from home (about 1Mile). Canyon's Resort - 4 miles. All of the Park City Resorts have not only winter but a lot of different Summer recreation activities for all the family.
There is a free bus that comes every 15 minutes and it takes our guests to any of ski resorts very quickly. Bus route is just a few steps from home. You can rent a car and use Free Parking (undeground including). International Airoport is in Salt Lake City -36 Miles from our home (about 30 minutes). A lot of public transportation from Airport!
If our guests prefer hiking, biking, snowshoeing or x-country skiing they are able to go out the door and across the street to the Old Rail Trail (about 25 miles along the Mountains).
There are about a half dozen fine Restaurants, bars, clubs within walking distance of the Studio and a grocery store approximately 3 blocks to the West, which is a very pleasant stroll.
Each winter we have famous International Sundance Film Festival in Park City when a lot of people come to enjoy new movies. Our Condo has perfect location for this because there are a lot of Movie venues within walking distance. The Headquarters of the Festival is in the next building at the Park City Marriott Hotel.
Each Summer there are Dear Valley Music Festival and Art Festival in Park City. Both Festivals attract a lot of people also. Our Studio is minutes away from Festivals locations.
Studio includes all bedding and linens, towels, cutlery, crockery and sauce pans, micro-wave, coffee/tea maker, toster/oven, iron and iron board.
It is very nice to use elevator after a day of skiing or Summer activities.
Within walking distance there are also some sports rental shops. Great fishing and other water activities on beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir -just few minutes from home.
Free Bus runs from morning till late evening.
