Stylish luxury awaits at this amazing property. This house has been recently furnished and combines contemporary 'Boutique Hotel' style with maximum comfort and space.

With 2 large king size master suites it is perfect for large or multiple families with plenty of space for all. The main house has a further king size bedroom and 2 twin rooms with a self contained studio over the garage. The apartment has it's own 50' plasma and en-suite facilities.

The large living area has a formal dining table, large seating area with 50' plasma and a kitchen area with a huge island.

With its own pool, games room and entertainment features this house offers creature comforts not normally available in other villas. The house is conveniently located close to all of the adventures that bring you to Orlando including the Walt Disney World theme parks.

The house overlooks a golf courses so that you can enjoy the endeavors of others as you enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony.

Great Multi-Family Home

We booked this house in late 2010 for our family Christmas in 2011 and absolutely loved this house. We were all sad to leave. We had 8 people total (originally were planning on 11), including two children and had more than enough room. In fact, we did not use the apartment above the garage.

The views of the resort from all of the balconies are fantastic and there is plenty of room in the kitchen/dining area for everyone. We had ordered a wheelchair and a stroller and it was delivered to the resort hotel without any problems.

One very minor issue was that we had paid for the pool to be heated, but when we arrived it was not. So we contacted the property management company. Even though it was late on Christmas Eve, they were able to help us out and turned on the heat. We were able to use the spa Christmas Eve, but had to wait until Christmas for the pool to be fully heated.

We went to Disney every day and it was a very easy drive back and forth. Would highly recommend this home!

MAY 2012 FAMILY VACATION

My family and I rented this house in May 2012. The size of the house was perfect however this house has a ground floor, first and second floor. There are 43 stairs to climb to reach the "second floor". There is no AC on the ground floor and when cooking it can get really hot on this floor. The huge cockroaches were a big nuisance, not to mention I am terrified of them. We woke up one morning to find ants had taken over the sugar that was left on the counter. This house needs an elevator in it, and an exterminator like yesterday. I would not recommend this house to anyone.
Owner's Response: I am sorry you did not have a good stay, we normally get lots of compliments for our house.
The house is large and like many on Reunion this means it has a second floor, one of the best things about this house is the great view from the top over the golf course over towards the Grand Hotel.
The house is covered by pest control services, perhaps the cockroaches appeared after the tremendous period of rain last spring? Also, it is not advisible to leave sugar or any food stuff out overnight in Florida.
Finally, the house DOES have AC on the ground floor, but the controller is one floor up and serves both floors. I will investigate getting a separate controller for the ground floor. It is worth getting in touch with our excellent management company if you have any problems on future statys. Kind Regards, Nigel

Chinch Bowl Golf Trip

In working with the owner he was very responsive and was willing to work with me since we had a tight schedule to work with. Overall the house was splendid, the rooms were large and it had more than enough room to fill the 10 people we had on our golf trip. It was very close to the grocery store and very close to getting on and off the interstate. If your a golfer and your looking for a place to stay and play this is the real deal. Very close to Championsgate (36) holes where they treated us like royalty, as well as many other local courses near by.

As for the outside, the pool and hot tub is big enough to host a great event, as well as cooking outside and make the night come alive. If you need a place to house a large group this is the place to do it at.
