Quaint salt-box, 5 minutes to Truro ocean and bay beaches, a short ride into Provincetown. You can stroll to the village of N.Truro for breakfast if you don’t want to cook, and to the Truro Vineyards for a wine tasting. There is easy access to the Town Loop bus, which can take you to Truro Center, Provincetown, and the beaches. Charmingly furnished, the cottage sleeps two in the bedroom and can sleep two on the pull-out couch. Cathedral ceilings, skylights, and windows let in the Cape light and breezes, or turn on the central air humidity is in the air. It has a full sized bathroom, and the kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, and all of your cooking utensils. A sliding glass door takes you onto the lovely private deck with gas grill, steps to the large, private outdoor shower, and access to the full basement with a washer and dryer. Swimming pool is less than 200 feet away for those swims after a day at the beach.
Beth and I live year-round in Truro, less than a mile from the cottage. That means if you need anything, or have any questions, you get to deal directly with us - face to face if you want - versus through a real estate rental agency person!
The cottage is in the back of the small cottage community, so it backs up to woods and you have a small, grassy yard as well. Plenty of space to put your vacation stuff - such as kayaks, beach toys, bikes, and any other 'stuff'.
The best part of being in Truro is the quiet, yet it is only 10 miles from Provincetown, which has just about everything you can imagine. Also, within ten minutes there are at least six town and National Seashore beaches, on the Bay or on the Ocean - no long drives required!
