El Sueño (The Dream) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Villa located in the Hollows on the North shore of Lake Travis.

Our Hilltop Villa is a great way to experience the Texas Hill Country and all it has to offer. Feel your stress melt away the moment you walk through the front door and take in the spectacular lake views. Our Villa has unobstructed 180 degree views of the lake and hillcountry with one of the largest patios available. The open floor plan features a wall of windows with unobstructed lake views from the main living area, dining room and kitchen. Our Villa is professionally decorated with all new furnishings, paint and carpets. We use the Villa ourselves when it is not rented out, so it is set up with everything you will need to stay for the weekend or the week!

The Hollows is true Texas family resort on the North Shore of Lake Travis. There is an impressive array of amenities, including a spectacular multi-level beach club with infinity edge pool, and award winning state of the art marina where you can rent boats and jet ski's and miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. You can fill your days biking, hiking, swimming, boating and fishing. Or, if you prefer, just relax and take in view.

The main living area has a leather sectional sofa and two comfy recliner chairs with an large ottoman. Put up your feet and watch the game or a movie on the large 50' high definition flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is also available in our Villa so bring your laptop and stay connected.

The fully appointed gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, and granite counter tops. It is stocked with all the appliances, pots & pans, etc. you will need during your stay. Our large dining table has comfortable seating for six.

The master suite features a King size bed with TemperPedic like mattress and luxury sheets and pillows and flat screen HDTV. The blinds have a black out lining for those who like to sleep late. The large on suite bath has plush towels, a roomy shower and double basin vanity. There is plenty of storage in the large closet and dresser.

The junior master suite also has a King size bed with TemperPedic like mattress and luxury sheets and pillows and flat screen HDTV. It has black out curtains for those who want to sleep in. It also has a terrific lake view.

The bunk room has four twin size beds to accommodate four comfortably. The second bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and features a large tub/shower combination. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

This is the perfect set up for families with kids or two couples to share.

We also own a two bedroom Villa in the Hollows which is perfect for smaller groups.

About Ilonka Berryman

We are the Berryman family from Spring Texas. We have two boys and love escaping to the Hill Country every chance we get. After traveling with our kids over the last couple of years, we decided that renting a villa over hotel was the best way to vacation. We all have space to spread out and truly relax. When we discovered The Hollows, we knew right away it was the perfect place to relax and make memories with our boys.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway! The condo was well-furnished and well- stocked with amenities to ensure we were comfortable. Appreciated all the tips about places to eat/things to do in the area. Spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio enjoying the great lake views!

Awesome Hill Country Gem

We are so thankful to the Berryman family for opening up their Gorgeous Hill Country home to us dedicated "VRBO-ers". The Villa was everything (and more!) as described. The interior rooms are all beautifully decorated and comfort was second to none! We couldn't get enough of the balcony overlooking the wonderfully scruffy Texas hills and the view of Lake Travis. Even though the lake is currently at its low levels it was still a breathtaking view. We enjoyed many cups of coffee on that balcony in the morning and a few glasses of wine at night! :-)

Ilonka was a joy to work with; all payment requirements were taken care of easily and quickly and the Villa was absolutely spotless, well stocked with the necessities and ready for us upon our arrival.

The Hollows amenities (pool, hot tub, and bistro) were amazing and beautifully maintained. The work out facility is quite nice - - but we were lazy and didn't partake this trip! :-)

Our entire stay at the Berryman Villa was so relaxing, enjoyable and rejuvenating...we did not want to leave and we can't wait to return! I know exactly who to call for another stay at one of the best Villas we've ever had the pleasure of renting. Thank you Ilonka!

Wonderful Extended Weekend at Lake Travis

My three sisters, who live far away on the two coasts and in S. America, had wanted to celebrate our mother's 95th birthday over an extended weekend near Austin, where she lives. Mother had said she'd like to have a view of water, but is no longer able to make long trips. This Villa, which we found on HomeAway, looked like a perfect fit; and is it turned out, everything was just as advertised. The view from the living/kitchen area and the outside patio is beautiful, and several of us enjoyed lovely, colorful sunrises and/or sunsets. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and fully met our needs. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to prepare several nice meals, allowing us to share time together with a full view of the Hill Country in the background. The owner was very helpful to us in numerous ways, with clear directions on arrival, access, and use of the excellent facilities that were at our disposal. We also enjoyed greatly the paths available for morning walks. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in comfortable, beautiful surroundings.

Perfect weekend get-a-way for two families. Plenty of room, beautiful view, perfectly equipped with all the necessities. Would definitely stay there again. Owners are very organized and provided detailed information about our stay and things to do in the area.

Perfect getaway for our family of 4 with beautiful view of lake! Enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and moon-lit evenings. Everything was better than described. The condo is well cared for and appointed with extras which made it a home away from home. Hiking Trails, Beach Club and pool area inviting and relaxing with friendly staff. Property owners easy to communicate with and quick with responses enabling a wonderful opportunity for our last minute travel.
