This newly renovated penthouse apartment is the only apartment on the roof of an International Style (Bauhouse) 4 story walk up building. The results are spectacular cityscape views from both rooms and the large walk out deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed with orthopedic mattress, a full wall closet, a reading chair and table, wall length windows and an en-suite 3 piece shower-bathroom. The hallway contains a second 2 piece bathroom. The open concept living room - dining area contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining table (seats 6) with four chairs plus additional folding chairs, a fold out sofa-double bed. A single mattress or a cot can be made available. Both rooms have excellent cross ventilation from the many windows and also have Air Conditioners. Walk out to a spacious wooden deck with a deck table, four chairs and a sun umbrella for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Within walking distance of 30 minutes: Carmel Open Market and craft fair, Tel Aviv museum of Art, Cinematheque, the Florentine neighborhood and Sheinkin hipster stores.

We liked visiting Israel so much, we moved here with our family! This building has been in our family since my grandfather built it and on the original maps of Tel Aviv from the 30's our street was the last street before the beach.
