One of the reasons we rented this unit was because it listed a fitness room/equipment as an amenity and this was definitely misleading. Upon speaking to the owner on our arrival, he stated that we would have to go up the road to a Gold's gym and pretend that we had moved into the area to get a one week pass. which was totally unacceptable to us. The dishes, glasses and extra bedding for pullout were very limited and poor quality- could definitely use an update. The unit was fairly clean although we found a piece of women's underwear on floor in master plus crumpled tissues under bed. The cleaning crew need to pay more attention to detail and in all fairness to future renters,the fitness/equipment amenity should have to be removed from the description.
On the plus side, the pictures were exact, the bedrooms spacious, and the view was spectacular.

You always wonder what the pictures don't show you, and in this case, nothing! This is a great rental with a fantastic floor plan and awesome views. The only thing I would add is an explanation of how things operate, what day is trash day, what should be done when leaving, and maybe a little info about the area, such as the best grocery, good places to eat, etc. otherwise, a total ten!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful property exactly as described in listing (if not better!). Owners was delightful to work with and made the entire process extremely easy - would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area! can't wait to come back myself.

WE CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE - PGA WEST - JAMES THE PROPERTY MANAGER - TO EVERYBODY WHO HOPEFULLY READS THIS REVIEW. I CANT TELL YOU HOW INCREDIBLE OUR VACATION WAS FOR MYSELF - MY HUSBAND & OUR 3 KIDS - THE HOUSE IS IMMACULATE & BEAUTIFUL - THE VIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IVE EVER SEEN & DEALING WITH JAMES IS SO MUCH FUN ! AS SOON AS WE FIGURE OUT OUR SUMMER SCHEDULE WITH THE KIDS WE WILL BACK FOR SURE, AGAIN - - WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE & JAMES, THE ROBERTS.
