Cute, Cozy and Convenient

I simply loved the apartment. Cozy, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown, but easy to access Centre-Ville. The apartment is just as pictured and located in a great neighborhood with convenient access to Metro and bus stations, Bixi rental stations, and a large grocery store. There are plenty of restaurants a short walk away and near the Jean-Talon market. The neighbors were warm and friendly (as was “Bouchy”. the little dog downstairs). I spent many evenings sitting outside and talking with them and got to learn even more about Montreal and Quebec. I rented for a month and felt like a local Montrealer while I was there.
Nadia was great to work with! I always got quick responses to my questions and she is very accommodating to situations and needs. The leasing process was so smooth and easy. Inside the apartment, there is plenty of information and recommendations on places to eat, go, and how to get around.
All utilities, appliances, services (Internet, Cable, telephone) were in excellent condition and working order. The property is well maintained. There was everything anyone would need to feel and be at home. All you’ll need to bring for your stay is yourself.
Really, there is not much else I can say positive that hasn't been said. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who are looking for a place to stay in Montreal. I was very sad to leave. I felt so much like a local and at home, and I would return for another stay on future visits to Montreal.
