Located minutes away from the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Casino, you can relax and enjoy the most spectacular view in Puerto Rico from the balcony of this condominium without all the expenses of a hotel.

The apartment conveniently sleeps four people. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils and dishes provided.

The bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, an air conditioning unit and all linens are provided.

The living room has a Queen-size sofa bed as well as a TV with DVD player, stereo with CD changer, and an air conditioning unit.

A washer and dryer is in the unit for added convenience. The living and dining area have ocean views and breezes.

An adult pool area with rest rooms, barbeque facilities, swim-up bar and a kiddie pool with it's own sun deck and waterfall, are located within the condominium's complex.

If you like gambling or golf, Wyndham Rio Mar Resort is less than five minutes away.

What a Value, What a View!

The owner was quite accommodating! We were amazed with the view and enjoyed the nearby amenities. From the daily Puerto Rican style French toast at Wyndham resort to the tender lobster tail served at popular Richie's restaurant next door, it was all exceptional :).

Travel from San Juan to Rio Grande via the new highway was a snap. And, of course, the El Yunque rain forest setting along with sunny skies and the ocean breeze makes this place an ideal getaway.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Romantic Getaway

Everything was exactly as advertised. The apartment has a very nice view on the hotel and beaches. Mark and Juan Carlos were available and very accommodating. Mark gave us some good documentation and advices on things to do and visit. There are many great restaurants in the area and there are also supermarkets close by if you want to shop and cook. The kitchen is full of every utensil you may need to cook. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is nicely furnished. We felt like home immediately! The residence was kind of empty at the time we went there so it was very quiet and we slept very well ! We did not use the pool but we went to the beach. To go to the beach, we used the parking of the Rio Mar hotel, which was really convenient. We even went there for the new year’s eve. There is a casino and nice restaurants. We warmly recommend this place !! you won’t be disappointed. The only regret is that our stay was too short :(

Excellent Experience

I have nothing but good things to say about this vacation rental experience! The rental process was hassle free. Mark and Juan Carlos were super nice and courteous at all times. The description provided on this site was good but there is so much more to like and for what we paid, it was an awesome deal.

It was real easy to get to the apartment and when we got there, we fell in love with the view. The place was fully stocked and clean. The pool was a big plus and the a/c too because it was hot in the island.

My husband and two kids really enjoyed the trip to PR and appreciate how Mark and Juan Carlos made our stay much more enjoyable.
