Absolutely Perfect

Our family of four had the perfect, relaxing, fun vacation in this quintessential Vermont lake cottage. The cottage was tidy, pleasant, and pretty inside and out. We slept under the open window in the front bedroom, with the stars above our heads and the water lapping just ten feet away. We spent most of our time on the dock. We ate all of our meals on the wonderful screened porch. We also loved the outside shower and the kayaks that were available for our use.
After a perfect week, we packed up and left, grateful for these thoughtful owners who have professional cleaners come in at the end of each rental week. Cleaning on departure day is quite miserable, and we really appreciated not having to do it.
We've rented on Lake Dunmore before, and this cottage was far superior, in terms of location, the quality and upkeep of the house, the atmosphere of the cottage/dock/waterfront here overall, and the kind, helpful, and organized manner of the owners through every step of the rental and vacation process.
