GREAT CENTRAL LOCALE MIDTOWN APT -WALK TO T-SQUARE, SUBWAYS, NO STAIRS

My family (husband and 13 yrs old daughter) stayed at Gary's place this summer for 11 days! It was really great! Prior to our arrival Gary sent us all the important information and instructions how to get to the apt from the airport. Gary is very warm, kind and helpfull person.
The appartment is nice and the description on web site is real meaning that there was everything that was listed on the site. We really had everything that we needed during our stay: clean bathroom, a lots of clean towels, additional bed linen, soaps, iron, oven, fridge, toaster....
The location of this apt is excellent! It is close to everything. We could walk to many attractions: the Times Sq., the Empire State Bldg, MOMA, Central Park, 5th avenue.... great for us and for our teen age daughter who wished to be on the Times Sq. every day! The apt street was pretty quiet and safe which was very important to us since sometimes we were arriving home late at night.
I would definitely recommend this appartment to a friend or relative.

Wonderful Apt and stay for me and my wife. The apt was clean, comfortable and right in the middle of the city with all the major attractions including Times Square, Broadway shows and Central Park. The neighborhood was very safe and fun. It was full of great restaurants, shops and bars. The apt had a 24 hour grocery store and laundry close by. The apt had everything we needed for a great stay. Many towels and linens, kitchen and utensils, coffee maker, cable tv, computer with internet, wi-fi, telephone, ironing board/iron and even a hair dryer. My wife totally forgot her's at home. The host, Gary was very friendly and helpful with information and good at communication during the whole process. I can definitely recommend this apt for your stay.

We want to tell you, that we have been very happy to stay in your studio-appartment, and the way, you met us. First, your very hearthy welcome, very needed after our long journey from Denmark.
The appartment was nice and clean, and very usefull for us, with the possibilty to cook, and a seperate bath/WC. It was also very nice with all the clean towels, when there was a heathwave in New York. The surroundings are nice and calm (also quiet in the nighttime, so you can get a nice sleep), although there are all the necesary shops, laundry, and restaurents just in the neighbourhood. Only 10 minutes walk to Columbus Circle, with a Subway station and the south-west corner of Central Park. And 20 minutes walk to Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, Pier 83, West 42nd Street. The central location of the flat was particulary nice for our 15 years old daughter, in her age things must be fast, and not to long away.
