This was a perfect place for my sister and I to have our yearly get-away together with the kids! (5 children, ages 10-15) Everyone found a room that they were happy in - even my Mom (bedroom with doors that closed!) My Mom recently had knee surgery and was glad to have the large master bedroom on the first floor. We actually ended up having an extra bedroom!
The homeowners were very friendly and were prompt when a call was placed concerning an air conditioning concern- they came right over to check it out.
The kids hated to leave!
We would have loved to stay another week! We love the area. My daughter, sister and I took early morning walks on second and third beach with my dog. We flew kites at Brenton park at sunset. We visited Newport, the cliff walk and the mansions which were minutes away (by car).
The property manager on-site is a plus - he was discreet, but available. The property was clean and well-maintained. The beds were made up, the rooms were simple and inviting, the owners had beach towels and chairs for our use, there were plenty of linens and bath towels. We used the washer and dryer daily! We truly had an enjoyable week and would love to go back again next summer!

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your kind review. We want our guests to be comfortable and get that relaxed "at home" feeling! We know the location of the house is perfect and our guests keeps telling us that.
Each year we try to add something new to improve the decor and convience for our guests. We do hope you will return next year!
