In the heart of the Green Mountains, family freindly, close to skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking and a host of other activities, this beautiful log cabin has it all. This property is heaven for families dogs are welcome. Spectacular sunsets, a pond, kid's club house, hot tub, sauna, exercise eqiupment, pool table, ping pong, foos ball and every modern convenience makes this property a year round destination

Check In: Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 unless otherwise specified.
About Gordon Lank

Hi, as a genral contractor I built this home to fit into the spectacular setting.Local logs were used and we tried to keep the home as rustic as possible yet providing every modern convenience. Located next to a State Park, minutes from a beautiful lake with fishing, boating and swimming. The area is minutes from 4 ski resorts, hiking, mountain bike trails and numerous golf courses. Tourists attractions include Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, The Cold Hollow Cider Mil and all that the Stowe area has to offer including the 15 mile bike path. Close to Burlington airport, University of Vermont, Lake Champlain and 1 1/2 hours from Montreal 3 hrs. from Boston. This truly is a 4 season rental. A rustic beautiful log cabin with all the modern amenities and a spectacular view of the Green Mountains.

UVM graduation 2012

A perfect spot for us & extended family to gather for our daughter's graduation ! The house was plenty big enough and we loved exploring the house&grounds while enjoying all it's beauty. We have rented quite a bit since our daughter came to VT for college and this house has been one of the best rentals!! It was not only homey but welcoming to pets(our lab loved it too!) While it sits within the forest it takes less than 10 min. to get to 89. As far as the owners,anything I contacted them about( before our arrival) they responded right away and were willing to come over when we arrived to go through the house if we wanted them to. It's hard to pick one favorite thing about the house but we did love gathering at the huge milled log dining room table( my kids want one now!) We will definitely rent this property again & already have told some friends about it. Don't hesitate to rent,JUST SEND YOUR DEPOSIT : ) thank you again Gordon & Missy for renting your great cabin to our family

Great Ski Vaca Location

This property was even better than expected. Awesome view over the mountains, plenty of bedrooms, and even a little sledding hill out back.

Location was great. We skied one day at Stowe and another at Bolton Valley. The house is almost directly between the two. Not to mention, the Ben and Jerry's factory is right down the street.

We rented the house for a girls' get-a-way weekend for cross country skiing and had an amazing time. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. The house was comfortable and the description is accurate. The best part: taking jacuzzi in the snow!

Great weekend getaway

We rented this for a weekend and had a great time. The house was huge and beautiful, plus extremely well maintained. It was great to have the lawn, porches, jacuzzi and pond as well. I didn't work with the owner myself, but from my friend who did it sounds like he was extremely pleasant to work with. I've already recommended this house to my parents and their friends, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in Vermont.

Wonderful cottage with tons of space!

The cottage was really sweet and secluded from the neigbors. The balcony was great to sit out on and look at the mountains, and during the day the pond is a great place to take a dip. There is lots of space and the cottage is very cozy. It's made out of nice wood so the noise travels, but it's nice to get up early and enjoy the sunrise anyway. I would definitely recommend it for a group of people wanting to get away for a couple of days.
