The beach home has all the comforts & luxuries of a five star hotel with designer furniture, luxurious pillow top mattress sets, high thread count linens and big puffy down duvets.
Relax and have a cocktail on one of the three decks and watch the kids play various games in the manicured irrigated grassed backyard and garden or enjoy having a romantic dinner at the oceans edge under the covered gazebo with fire pit (romantic even when it's raining). Private Chef or massage services available upon request.
Then enjoy your own private fenced backyard with stairs to the private beach below and start a bonfire (when allowed).

Rates:
Winter Season: 2 Night Minimum September 15th to May 15th from $295 per night $395 weekends / $1195 per week for parties of 6 or less. Additional $100 per night / $595 per week for parties of 7-10 and use of the attached guest suite / plus tax
All statutory holiday weekends are considered summer rates.
Summer season: 4 Night Minimum / 1 week preferred
May 15th to September 15th from $395/night Monday - Thursday $495/night Weekends / $ 2495 per week for parties of up to 6. Additional $150 per night or $795 per week plus tax for parties of 7-10 and use of the attached guest suite addition (pictures shown).
All stays are subject to a one time cleaning fee of $200.00 for the main home or $50.00 for guest suite addition / plus tax. $25.00/day Pet Fee Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: $250.00 Deposit required for all stays. No charges except original deposit if 60 days notice of cancellation is given, otherwise the charge is 50% of the booked rate up to 15 days before stay, full booked rate if less than 14 days notice is given.
