This Villa is surrounded by the World Class Radium Springs Course and offers you stunning scenery, lots of green space and up close wildlife. Bighorn Sheep and Deer are often seen grazing only meters away from the back deck.

This comfortable spacious 1500 sq ft villa is equipped with 2 large Bedrooms with private ensuites. The 3rd Bedroom has access to a 3rd full bath and jetted tub. In the family/theater room there is full surround sound and a 52 inch flat screen TV mounted just above the fireplace. This newly furnished property contains everything you will need for your stay.

Nearby are 10 of Canada's best golf courses, 30 minutes to Panorama Ski Hill, 15 minutes to Lake Windermere and for the avid snowmobiler you are only 20 minutes from Forester which is one of Radiums best kept secrets!!!

My husband and I love our time together in the Radium Valley. Being people of all seasons we needed a place that could provide us with beautiful summers and exciting winters. Our villa in Radium has become the place we can't wait to get back to. Life slows down here and we find ourselves relaxing and reconnecting as we create memories that will last a life time. Our hope is that you can enjoy our Villa and fall in love with Radium like we have.

Radium is a beautiful scenic place. Villa was excellent(clean and well equipt) basement bedroom,bathroom and tv room was great for older son) backs on to golf course and is on a quiet cul du sac. Nice place to get away from hussel and bussel of the city but only 11/2 hr from bannff Radium holds a great car show in september.
My son snowmobiles and has stayed in Radium to snowmobile in Golden BC area.
Property owner was exceptional. we comunicated back and forth a few times(easy to get ahold of and very personable) since this was our first time renting and was entremely impressed and I would highly recommend this property and owner .I would rent this villa again

We very much enjoyed our stay at your Radium retreat!
The golf course was in beautiful shape and there is much to do in Radium, Invermere and the surrounding area. Beautiful scenery!
The condo is very well appointed and made cooking at home a delight.

Family and Friend celebrating a Christmas away!

We were fortunate enought to secure this rental for Christmas and were glad we did. The rental was fantastic - clean, well maintained, spacious rooms, huge bathrooms, warm, was located in a quiet area and perfectly cozy. It really felt like a home away from home. There were five of us, in two families (family of four and a single), and the sleeping arrangements worked well, we never felt like we were stepping over each other. It was close to everything we wanted to do while we were there...skating, skiing, snowshoeing and of course, the hot springs. Bonnie was helpful with all my questions and they were kind enough to lend us their fibre optic Christmas tree, which the kids loved. Watching the Big Horn Sheep walk along the deck between the villas was also a nice, daily treat. A great place to make lasting family memories!

No need to look further!

The minute we walked in our villa, we felt like we'd come home. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and roomy. Even though we'd come to be out and about, the cozy mornings and evenings with the fire on drew us to linger at the villa longer than we'd planned as we chatted in the comfortable living room or played cards at the huge dining room table. Our friends from South Africa couldn't stop exclaiming about what a lovely place we'd found to stay in. We felt the price was a bargain for this welcoming home away from home.
