Cottage far exceeded our expectations. The location, beautiful landscaping, and huge deck on the water provided the greatest spot for fishing, reading, feeding the ducks, and just resting. The accomodations inside the cottage met all our needs for comfort, cleanliness, and charm. We're already anxious to come back.

Quiet, relaxing stay for our anniversary. Cottage was beautiful and well kept. It was a cool weekend, but we were able to enjoy the deck swing on Saturday morning. Ms. Marie was very helpful and accommodating. Not really a negative, but shower is extremely small...no room for two! Loved our weekend in Hot Springs! Ms. Marie recommended Luna Bella restaurant for dinner and it was AMAZING! You do need reservations during race weekends. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxation in Hot Springs

Fabulous stay at this property. Situated only minutes from everything we wanted to do (Oaklawn race track, the baths, restaurants) as well as the lake. King bed has a memory foam matteress which we found comfortable, but as a frequent traveler for business I know that doesn't work for everyone. Next trip to Hot Springs will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved this cottage. It was so cute and in a perfect location. We can't wait to come back in the late Spring or Summer to see it when the water level comes back up. The deck and view was great!!
