Our policy is simple: under-promise and over-deliver so as to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. We want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar and be among our numerous repeat customers, and we want you to tell all of your family and friends about the great vacation you had in a Relax On The Beach property.
Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a small house cleaning fee of $150 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
To protect your investment, we also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!
The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?
World class golf is available in spades. Try your luck at Kiva Dunes, a perennial top 10 in the state of Alabama and ranked in Golf Digest's 'places to play' for an unforgettable links experience on the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.
Anyone say 'fresh seafood?' You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try 'Bahama Bobs' for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. Its hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!

Our vacation in Gulf Shores was about as ideal as it gets. We stayed in San Carlos 1407. The location is perfect as it is very close to the "T" where route 59 ends into Beach Blvd. The building is well maintained and safe. Parking was a little tight in front of the building and inside the two-level garage, but there was plenty additional parking across the road. The condo was fantastic. It had three roomy bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite was great. There was plenty of room for me, my wife and our three children. The view from the full balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Everything worked great like the A/C, hot water, TV's, washer, dryer, etc. The furniture and decorations were very attractive and tasteful. The beach was clean and the water was clear. The pool looked O.K. but we did not use it. The other renters/residents were all very respectful and considerate. There was no rowdiness or jerks around.
Everyone must go to Lambert's in Foley for dinner. It is an absolute must. I can also recommend Bahama Bob's and Gulf Coast Grill. Stay away from the Hangout if you plan to eat there. But if you are the type that like to rock out to a live band, it looked like a lot of fun.
