'Sunrise Village' is a low density condominium complex located in the heart of Gulf Shores. You will be minutes from all restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and amusement parks. You will enjoy gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views from your front balcony, and will be a 45 second walk to the beach. The complex also has a nice grilling area, and a swimming pool available to all guests.
All of our properties feature high speed wireless internet access, fully stocked kitchens, and cable or satellite television. You will also enjoy a stereo and a DVD player. This property has two Queen beds, and plenty of floor space for air mattresses, etc... IT DOES NOT, HOWEVER, HAVE A WASHER OR A DRYER!!! There is a local laundry mat just down the street that can wash and fold your laundry while you frolic on the beach.
Compare the cost of this unit to anything else out there. We will NOT be beat with price!!! All we ask is a chance to meet or beat anything in the market today!!! Hotel rooms don't stand a chance compared to the value you will receive with this two bedroom unit.

Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For your convenience, we can also offer optional trip insurance called 'Travel Guard' from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommend!!). Please let me know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. It will protect your investment!
