This sweet retreat is located on the beautifully manicured grounds of the upgraded Turtle Bay Resort in a gated condo community nestled on two world class championship golf courses. The beach is just a short walk from your front door.

This upstairs, two-level condo features vaulted ceilings, open living area, fairway golf course views, and all the rest and relaxation you could ask for! It was completely updated in 2009.

You will find your condo spacious and well equipped - a full sized kitchen, washer/dryer (IN the condo), ceiling fan (although with the gentle trade winds keeping you cool you rarely need it), and 2 flat-screens with complimentary cable.

There is 1 bedroom (master and loft) and 1 Full bathrooms. Everything you need to make it your home away from home and then some.

The condo has a quiet pool (1 of 2) just steps from your front door where you can also enjoy a barbecue with your family; 2 regulation tennis courts (free); walking paths; and 2 championship 18-hole golf courses. Golfers enjoy when they play either the Palmer or the Fazio courses. The private lanai view is the beautiful and peaceful and a wonderful place to relax.

Enjoy the convenience of your own private condo with the luxury of a full-service resort walking distance away at Turtle Bay! You are only a few minutes' walk to the beach (actual beach photo) where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, volleyball, or just relaxing on the pristine sandy beaches. There are also five miles of secluded beachfront walking paths for you to explore and 12 miles of biking, hiking, and jogging trails.

In addition to beach activities, the 880 acre resort offers golf (discounted rates for guests), horseback riding, helicopter tours, shopping, fine or casual dining (numerous restaurants-indoor, outdoor, beachfront; casual and formal), surf lessons, The Spa Luana at Turtle Bay, kayak tours, and luau shows.

Very clean and comfy. It is an end unit but unfortunately a parking lot end. I am a light sleeper and being in Hawaii you want to sleep with the windows open. Bummer is every time a car or in this places case a motorcycle comes in, it sounds like it is in your master bedroom. The next door neighbors are also residence and seemed to not really care that they lived in a condo with someone right next door. They were not obnoxious or anything, just not quiet either, at all hours. The owner was great and so was Kuilima, and Turtle Bay. Again it was very clean and comfy, but I do not sleep like a rock so I would try and find a place a bit further from the parking lot next time.

My husband and I loved this condo. It was clean, great location and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again. 3 beds in the loft for kids and private master downstairs. Able to walk to Turtle Bay Resort. Driving distance to some of the best spots in Hawaii to go surfing and great snorkeling in Sharks Cove.

Lovely unit, perfect location

Our family are North Shore Oahu enthusiasts, and have stayed at Turtle Bay condos now for several years. This unit has been the nicest we have stayed in so far. The unit is comfortably accomodated our family of 6, and it's well-maintained and clean.We also liked how nicely it was decorated.

It's also a perfect location for North Shore activities. We will spend one day in town to do the swap meet and maybe check out Waikiki, but the rest of the time we are on North Shore! Our favorite beaches are Waimea Bay(jump off the rock!), 3 Tables and Shark's Cove(they are side by side in front of the Foodland just before Waimea Beach when traveling from Turtle Bay. Both offer great snorkeling and 3 Tables is a great place to take the younger kids, it's more protected and easygoing for them than Waimea Bay). There's also a beach close to Waimea Beach where turtles hang out in the afternoon(name is alluding me, but just ask around and people will tell you the name and how to get there) - we saw 7 hanging out on the sand, huge ones too, the day we went. Also check out the view of Laie Point, it's my favorite view on the island.

As for food? YOU MUST HEAD TO TED'S BAKERY, located right before Sunset Beach. Their Haupia-Chocolate pie is famous for good reason, the kids devour their chocolate-pb glazers, and they have the best plate lunches around(you can share the bbq(teri-style) chicken combo for 10 bucks easily, and their garlic shrimp is amazing). Also give the Hukilau Cafe in Laie a chance for breakfast. And the nearby BYU-H campus has an on-campus cafe where you can get heaping portions of stir-fry ,etc. for cheap. Angel's is another favorite of ours in Laie - their shaved ice is our favorite. And if you feel like splurging, Lei Lei's, located on the Turtle Bay Resort Grounds, has great seafood selections.

My family of 6 loved this place. This vacation rental is very well kept and clean. It is very comfortable with all the needed amenities. It is in a convenient location, close to all the activities and sightseeing of the North Shore and Laie. The property owner is very personal and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Jan. 2012!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a long weekend in Jan. 2012 and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this property! The unit was modern, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

This was our first trip to Oahu and since we were only going to be on the island for three nights at first we were thinking about staying at the Turtle Bay Hotel. We’re so glad that we stayed in this unit instead! We felt like the Kuulima Estates East complex was overall nicer than the hotel and the price was obviously much less. The unit was about a 4-5 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel so it was easy to go there for drinks and dinner and to use the beach. It was the best of both worlds!

We really enjoyed our stay on Oahu and will definitely hope to stay in this unit again for future trips!
