Entertain on the deck or around the pool at this elegant 3BR/3BA home. 2574 sq.ft. on 2 levels with views of Belvedere, Angel Island and the lagoon. Living room & dining room have vaulted ceilings. 2 fireplaces. Eat-in kitchen has teak countertops & pantry. Master suite has tiled bath & shower adjacent to a spacious deck with spiral staircase that leads to pool area below. A spacious family room has a bar area with sink & microwave. Cannot accommodate weddings or other large parties. You can walk to town have lunch or dinner by the water and then jump on the ferry to San Francisco. We are in between the Wine country and San Francisco. The children can walk to the park or you can take them to Six Flags, the beach or bike riding on our bike path. Wireless internet is available.

Ten Minutes to the San Francisco Yacht Club and the Corinthian Yacht Club for America's Cup.
About Stephanie Ricci

My husband and I live here full time and when we rent it we

travel. He is a gourmet cook so the kitchen is fully stocked

with spices, etc. that you are welcome to use.

Why Stephanie Ricci chose Tiburon

When we lived in San Francisco we would come over to

Belvedere one month in the summer and rent a home. It was

great for the kids and the adults as the town has a lot to offer

regarding restaurants and shopping.

What makes this house unique

Just 25 minutes by car to San Francisco and about the same

by ferry. About 45 minutes to Napa, Sonoma and Petaluma.

Great bike and running path along the water.

Belvedere, San Francisco Bay Area, California, USA (15 Mi.-San Francisco-Beaches-Napa Wine Walk to Tiburon)

When staying in Belvedere you have the beach and the San Francisco Bay close by. Downtown for us is an old fishing village that has been transformed into shops and restaurants. We go down for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and sit out and watch the dolphins, pelicans and sometimes even the fog coming in. If you want some heavy duty shopping then you would head for our two big malls which are about 20 minutes away. Their are bikes to rent, boats to rent....a fabulous bike and running path along the water. I guarantee you would not have a minute to spare. If you have small children our newly designed children park is 15 minutes down the hill (coming back up may be hard) so we usually drive down unless we are feeling really energetic.

You can take the ferry into San Francisco, Angel Island or Sausalito. Then, of course, there is Napa which you cannot miss.

Other Activities: kayaking, shopping, health/beauty spa, horseshoes, hot air ballooning, basketball court, mini golf

Notes: The house is on a private road on the island and is a very quiet neighborhood. The house is not available for large parties or events. There are quite a few decks on the house so small children need to be supervised. When children are at the pool they need to be supervised at all times. The house is fully stocked all we ask is that whatever is used is replaced. My husband loves to cook to we have every spice that was invented. Wireless internet is available. Pool is heated June thru late September. My home is professionally cleaned and because we live so near to the water I keep a low allergen environment.

I love this home

I stayed at this wonderful Belvedere home the week of March 14, 2011. I have stayed here before and absolutely love it. This home has so much warmth and charm that I always feel welcome and hate to leave. The owner's are so gracious in leaving books, games and all their many specialty herbs and spices for their guests enjoyment.
The proximity to wonderful restaurants and shopping are a tremendous bonus. I was also only minutes away from San Francisco.
I highly recommend this Belvedere retreat.

My parents were here from New York and we wanted a place that would suit their needs and also have it be fun for eveeryone.

The location was perfect with a fabulous view. I felt that I knew the house after seeing the pictures online. It surpassed our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices which we enjoyed because we love to cook. We especially enjoyed going down the hill to town for coffee or a glass of wine sitting by the water. We took the ferry into San Francisco which was so convenient.

Absolutely can't wait until next December....we will be back. Wish we could come in the summer the pool area is beautiful

What a wonderful home

My family and I stayed in this delightful home and thoroughly enjoyed it.
This charming, older home was in wonderful condition and had everything necessary to insure a terrific vacation. We used the pool almost every day and the extensive decking was perfect.
The bedrooms were quite large and baths seemed to be quite new.
The owner was kind enough to leave a pantry full of spices for our use.
I recommend this rental.

THIS WAS A SUPER EXPERIENCE IN A LOVELY HOME WITH A FABULOUS VIEW. WE SPENT A WEEK THERE IN SEPTEMBER AND WERE VERY HAPPY-AND WE HAVE RENTED HOUSES ALL OVER THE WORLD. THIS ONE WAS SOOTHING WITH ITS MIX OF ANTIQUES AND CONTEMPORARY FURNITURE IN A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.
