This lovely home is located near all the major ski resorts on the Wasatch Front and features; 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, two family rooms (one with a custom fireplace), two laundry rooms, two kitchens (gourmet kitchen on main level), a large theatre room with 9 reclining loungers, 107” by 59” screen and surround sound, jetted tub and double fireplace in the master suite, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, double oven, soaring vaulted ceilings, Trex deck with gas BBQ Grill and patio furniture, and a 3 car garage. Three of the rooms have a queen size bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the lower plus a separate single bed. This property is centrally located for Alta/Snowbird or downtown Salt Lake City. All are no more than 20 minutes away.

We LOVED the house! Plenty of room for everyone. Gorgeous inside and out. Private and secluded location. Top-notch amenities (love the master bath shower!!). Close to freeways and grocery store. The only thing that could have made it better was if we could have stayed longer!!

(Oh - and WONDERFUL service: we left some clothes in the dryer and they shipped them to us that day!)

A Summer Wedding

Loved the house – we’re looking to move back to Utah soon so let us know if you want to sell. We left an ironing board – you needed one here for a bridal gown. The family loved the theater! There was plenty of room for everyone. We do this reunion stuff all the time and this is our favorite house.
