Our Keys Conch style home is in the quiet and charming neighborhood of Stillwright Point at mile marker 105.5. Just 20 minutes from Florida City, 60 minutes from Miami and Miami International airport, 1-1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale, 2 hours from Key West and right in the heart of Paradise. The house sits on a large lot fully fenced with a two car carport and storage area on the ground floor. The 55' dock, is on a very wide and clear canal that makes it great for swimming, like your own natural pool. It's also right near the mangroves so it's great for snorkeling and kayaking. The bay is seconds away and the ocean just minutes away, via Adams Cut, making it great for jet skiing, boating and fishing. We'll provide you with floats, kayaks and bicycles to use with the house. If you need a boat we can provide one too for an extra fee. Also for your entertainment there is a ping pong table on the ground floor.

There are beautiful bay views from almost all of the windows & balconies. Inside you will find it very nicely appointed with all the conveniences of home, high quality linens and towels, light weight down comforters and down & feather pillows. The floors are all beautiful hard wood on the 2nd and 3rd stories; the 3rd story has stunning tongue and grove wood cathedral ceilings throughout. The 2nd story has one guest room and a full bath, also on the 2nd floor are the living areas and the kitchen all with beautiful views. The 3rd floor has two guest rooms, one with a balcony and bay views , and a full bathroom with tub. The master bedroom suite is also on the 3rd floor and is quite large with its own sitting area and balcony both with views of the bay the master bath has a two person jetted bath tub and separate shower. The laundry room is easily accessible on the 3rd floor.

To keep you busy inside we have a collection of DVD's, 3 television sets 2 with satellite, wireless internet connection, wireless phones with free domestic long distance, board games and lots of books.

We are just minutes by car or boat from some of the best restaurants in the keys with great food and sunset views that are amazing. We are conveniently located near shops, grocery stores and a movie theater. Besides all that you can do from and at the house, the proximity to so many other activities, John Pennecamp State Park, Theater of the Sea, The Casino Cruise , Everglades National Park just to name a few, makes this a perfect vacation choice.

I would highly recommend this property for rental. The house and yard were very clean and well maintained. It was in a great part of Key Largo, easily accessible to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and activities. The owners were extremely nice and easy to deal with. Our family enjoyed the "extras" the property offered, such as floats, bicycles, etc. Our family also took advantage of the boat they offered for rental, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this property with no hesitations. I appreciate the owners sharing with us.

At various times during our two week stay we had 6 adults and 4 grandchildren (3mo.,2yr., 3yr. & 8yr.) We had plenty of space and found plenty to do in the area. Very comfortable with many great amenities.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 month. We couldn't have been more happy here. The house is wonderful, great location, the pictures are exactly what you will find. There are many things to do in the area a lot of state parks, beaches, boat rentals, fishing, kayaking, shopping. The house is very close to Winn Dixie ( biking or walking distance) Publix is driving distance just down 1. The house has bikes, kayaks,floats so many things to keep you busy. Carlos was very informative about the area and answered all our questions. Would recommend this property for anyone it is great!

What an absolutely wonderful time we had!
Every year, 4 of us , retired friends , take a trip for a getaway.
This home was the best accommodation we have ever had.
Lots of room , beautifully decorated , exceptionally clean, it was beyond what we had expected.
There was plenty to do in the area...we spent a day in Miami , a day in Key West , a day in Islamorada swimming with the dolphins.
There were many great restaurants around offering seafood , cuban cuisine and key lime pie, of course.
We certainly wished we had booked for another week.

family reunion

We spent a week in Key Largo the third week in January, 2010, as an opportunity for our son and daughter-in-law and our two young grand children from NH and our other son from Montana to get together with us (from Maryland) in a warm climate for an annual reunion. The house is extremely comfortable, well maintained, very attractive and beautifully located. Carlos and Adrianna obviously have made every attempt to make guests feel welcome and at home. While January is not the warmest time of year for water activities, some of us did go swimming in the canal and took out the kayaks that are provided. The house is located in a very quite neigborhood with numerous dead-end streets that are pleasant for strolling. It was a great home base for exploring Key Largo and the other keys. While the settup is not well-suited for very young children (our grandchildren were 6 and 2) we were able to keep them occupied during periods when were on site. The facilities would be even more enjoyable for families with preteens and teen-aged children. All-in-all, we had a great time and really enjoyed the rental. We do not hesitate to give full endorsement to the rental and would rent it again if our travels take us back to Key Largo. Bob and Pat
