Enjoy spectacular hill country and lake views during your vacation on Lake Travis in this beautifully furnished and decorated large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. This retreat is the perfect location to create memories with your family or friends that you will treasure for a lifetime. Our Villa is an ideal location for a family vacation, ladies spa trip/scrapbook retreat or a couples getaway.

The master suite features a King size bed, attached bath with double vanity, a huge walk in closet and a covered patio with breathtaking views of the Texas hill country. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a custom hand made, wrought iron bed and a view of the hill country. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom bunk and a beautiful view of Lake Travis. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. A portable crib is also in the Queen room closet.

Enjoy the fully appointed gourmet kitchen that provides everything that you will need for entertaining. The kitchen is decorated with custom tile and granite counter tops. There is plenty of room for dining inside or outside on the covered balcony. The balcony is so spacious there is a sitting area with couches and a dining area. It has a spectacular view of Lake Travis and the hill country. Our villa is a peaceful retreat with plenty of room for you and your family or friends.

In the heart of the Texas Hill Country, along the shores of magnificent Lake Travis, lies The Hollows - a true Texas family resort offering amenities that will beckon you and your family for a weekend, a month or even a lifetime. There are two BBQ and grilling areas at the Hollows. Kayaks are available for your use. The Beach Club amenities include three pools, a hot tub, a state of the art fitness center, sand volley ball courts, fire pit, beach, outdoor ampitheater, horseshoe pits, and hammocks. Two golf courses are within 10 miles and a winery is approximately 15 miles from the resort.

The Hollows marina won the award for the best marina in Texas two consecutive years. Boat and trailer parking is available for guests. There are also boat rentals available.

The Hollows is located less than 30 miles northwest of Austin, Texas, the vibrant state capital and proclaimed Live Music Capital of the World. Noted for it’s diverse culture, entertainment, shopping and acclaimed variety of restaurants, Austin has long captured the hearts of its visitors from all over the world. We are located in close proximity to Austin if you are attending The University of Texas games or events. Lake Austin spa is a short drive if you are looking for a relaxing spa experience.

About The Owner

My husband and I love Austin, Texas. We have shared many happy times vacationing with our three kids who are 11, 9 and 5. We discovered the Hollows resort and knew that this was a special place where we could create family memories that would last a lifetime for us and generations to come. There are so many activities for adults and kids. It is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends who need a relaxing escape from a busy life!

The Hollows on Lake Travis is a great family vacation location with lots of outdoor activities on the property. There are miles of hike and bike trails that are paved all over the property. The Hollows is close to the amazing city of Austin! Its a convenient location for activities and games on the University of Texas campus.

The unique benefits of our unit are the stunning panoramic hill country and Lake Travis views. Miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. An array of boating activities on the Lake. Peace and relaxation!

What a perfect place for our annual girls' weekend. The property was so well-kept; the decorating was just lovely. The owners make everything simple, including keyless entry, and easy directions for clean-up displayed clearly so we don't forget anything on the way out. A nice, roomy deck with an amazing view topped off the perfect weekend.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This place was amazing! The property was clean and comfortable. We truly felt like we were "at home" being here. Our kids loved the pool and swimming in the lake. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee.

I would recommend this place to anyone I know and look forward to returning in the future.

We spent an extended weekend in this fabulous condo and had an amazing time. We were able to totally relax and make ourselves at home because we had everything we needed right there. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and all the amenities of home. My kids (7, 5, 6 months) loved the pool and the kayaking while my grandparents (celebrating their 60th anniversary!!) were thrilled with morning coffee on the spacious balcony and the amazing view. Something for everyone - can't beat that!

I would absolutely recommend this property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. The property was very clean and the view from the porch was amazing! The pool side dining was great and our children, ages 11 and 16 thoroughly enjoyed the swimming, laying out and hiking around the grounds. Amazing family weekend!
