Beautiful lakefront cottage on Canadaigua Lake. This cottage is located on Walton Point 5 miles north of the town of Naples and 1 mile from a local marina. The Main house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bath, a full kitchen with breakfast bar , living room with pull out sofa and a glass enclosed porch overlooking the lake. There is a bunk house with 3 sets of bunk beds another full bath and washer/dryer. Great for school age children/teenagers. 2 picnic tables on the front lawn for lakeside dining.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, exploring wineries and restaurants from this lovely cottage.
