This beautifully presented 2 bedroom top floor flat is situated in a quiet street in Bloomsbury, one of London's most desirable areas, a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood right in the middle of Central London.

The hallway leads into a spacious living room with comfortable seating for 5 and a pull-out dining table that seats 4-6 people. A wall hung HD plasma screen television with DVD Player and SKY+, together with an Arcam stereo system with IPOD dock will help to relax after a busy day at work or play! The small kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer etc, as well as a nespresso coffee machine. The main bedroom has a large Queen bed with a deep luxury mattress. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and a library ladder leads up to a mezzanine sleeping platform with a single mattress. the bathroom is a newly installed (feb 2013) luxury wet room.

New oak flooring has recently been laid throughout the flat, which aside from the beautiful warm appearance is perfect for those with dust allergies. Vaulted ceilings and roof windows make this property feel spacious, airy and light.

The Brunswick Centre, Bloomsburys new High St. is moments away and affords great grocery shopping at gourmet supermarket Waitrose, two Chemists, a Starbucks, the artsy Renoir Cinema and a selection of interesting restaurants and a small Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Travel to the flat is excellent with Heathrow just an hour away, straight through on the Piccadilly line. The Eurostar train to Paris/Brussels is 10 minutes walk or one tube stop, similarly to Euston Station. With Liverpool St. (Stanstead) or Victoria (Gatwick) a short cab ride away, this delightful home away from home has the advantage of being in a most central location and yet enjoying a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood setting.

Christian Curnyn works as a freelance conductor, and travels all round the world for his work. most of his year is spent 'on the road' so it seemed a good idea to rent out his flat. for the last few years he has rented to some of the world's leading opera singers and musicians, and has now decided to add VRBO to his list!

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2006

I stayed in this lovely flat for two weeks in Summer 2012, and hope to come back again this summer! The flat has every convenience - dishwasher, clothes-washer, lots of great hot water, modern, airy, sunny bathroom - and is located a block from Sainsbury's and two blocks from King's Cross. I truly didn't want to leave. Arranging payment and check in/out was simple, and the owner is exceptionally courteous. Highly, highly recommended!
