Our stay at this condo was wonderful. It is in an excellent location - across the street from the mall with shopping, restaurants, grocery store - 7-11, everything you can possibly need is in the area. The security at the building was great, they will call a taxi, help with luggage and they are there 24 hrs a day. They even will write your room number and taxi number so they keep track of where the taxi drops you off. I felt very safe in Makati. There's a pool, gym and all the amenities in the condo. If you ever need anything just ask the concierge. Our biggest concern was using our laptops in the PI & the owner provided a converter from 220V to 110V so it was very easy and convenient. Gabe, the owner is nice, easy to deal with, honest and very easy to contact. The condo is a great deal and it is so clean, up to date and having the washer/dryer was a great bonus.
