Perfect family friendly condo

We had a wonderful stay at the sandy turtle. Upon arrival we didn't have to worry about entertaining our kids at all while we were unpacking, because there is a closet full of toys (and games) to entertain the kids. My kids (2 and 1 years old) thought it was better then Christmas because they didn't even have to unwrap the toys and there was a whole closet full.
The condo also had two TV /VCRs plus VHSes to go with them. It was fun seeing our old time favorites and being able to share those with our kids.
This condo could easily sleep 8. In the master bedroom there are two queen sized beds. In the kid room there is a bunk bed, with a roll out bed underneath, and they provide a pack n play. They do not provide sheets for the pack n play so if you are planning on using it you may want to bring your own. We just used the sheets off of one of the beds we weren't using and it worked out just fine.
These is a short walk to the beach, but for our family it was far easier to load up the car and go park on the beach. Parking passes for the beach are cheap and you can get them almost anywhere.
The pool was COLD when we were there. It is probably refreshing in the summer, but in March when the temperture was only 75 degrees the pool was chili. It was a good size. For little kids, they really only had the steps to play on, otherwise they would have needed floatation devices.
The park at the condo was nice, it had three swings, three slides, and a picnic table. It was a great size for our kids, we had a hard time playing with them on the slide part. Our kids favorite was the teeter toter, They had never been on one before and played on that for the majority of the time.
The condo itself was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances (full fridge, oven, toaster, coffee, blender, microwave, dishwasher, plates, silverware, knives pretty much anything you need). The patio is small but enclosed so you can easily leave the door open and the kids outside to play while making dinner. The walls are pretty heavy, we didn't hear to much going on around us and we were there over spring break. The kitchen table could seat everyone that it sleeps.
All in all we had a wonderful trip to the beach. It was nice not having to pack toys for the condo or for the beach, it made packing a lot lighter. There is information at the condo over places to see and things to do in the area. The condo is centrally located in the town nothing was far.
