Beautiful and cozy studio with patio, one block from the beach.. Air Conditioner, TV,internet . Outside patio with BBQ!. Walking distance to local restaurants, shops and yoga studio. Parking at the front door. Pets are welcome. Come and experience the local feeling of the town. The front beach is ideal for kitesurf.

The property is in a great location, 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is close to the best restaurants, shops and night life. Yoga studio,Classic neighborhood pastryshop,laundromat, hype restaurants.

My husband and I enjoyed this studio as a base for our travels throughout Puerto Rico. The studio has just about everything you would need for a short stay and is clean. Eugene was a great host who offered to pick us up from the airport and answered all of our questions about the area.

The studio is located on the border of Condado and Ocean Park. It is a couple minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and the airport. The studio is located within a few minutes walk to the restaurants Pura Vida and Mangoes, where we enjoyed lunch and dinner.

One thing to note is that the studio isn't far from the road. If you are a light sleeper, you might consider earplugs. For me, it wasn't an issue, but my husband is a light sleeper. He did have earplugs though and it worked out just fine.

Great price for a great location. 2 blocks to the beach, great restaurants around - we didn't need a car at all. Mirti is a warm and gracious host. We loved the arty urban feel of the decor. Want to return and would stay here again.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

GREAT LOCATION

This is a small apartment for two people. I love the owner, she was really helpful and easygoing. The place is clean and had everything we could need.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, People with Disabilities
