Come enjoy this lovely traditional “Beach Cottage” boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. This East Beach home is fantastic from the rocking chairs on the front porch to the pool in the fenced back yard; it doesn’t get much better than this. This large, warm, bright and comfortably furnished home is just a short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect get-a-way with plenty of space for adults, teens and youngsters to enjoy. Great retreat for families with spacious great room, lovely separate living room, and sun porch for your entertainment. Also, private pool for your enjoyment! Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, and 2 Twins w/ Trundles.

****Please note, twins with trundles aren't meant to accommodate adults

All rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owner's preference. All rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, telephones, DVD's, grill on premises and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three to four day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Lovely Vacation

What a lovely vacation!! My husband and I and two other couples enjoyed a week on the island. The kitchen is so perfect for entertaining with a great area to socialize. If you like to bicycle this is the place to be. We brought our bikes but they can also be rented in a number of places. We were only a short walk from the beach. The guys also enjoyed the golf with multiple courses throughout the island. Found some wonderful restaurants! The village and pier area is really cute with fun shops to browse through. We found ourselves there most evenings in one of the many delicious restaurants. Great island and what a lovely place to stay while visiting. The only bad thing was that the trip wasn’t long enough! We will definitely make the trip again.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! This was our first time to St. Simons Island. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Great house, great location, and great beach! This house made us feel right at home! This is the perfect place to stay for any type of vacation.

My group of friends and I had a wonderful time with friends at this home. Very Clean, comfortable, and welcoming! The pool was perfect on a hot day and we were very close to the beach and Village. Relaxing and quiet. We used the patio in the mornings for coffee and for evening drinks. Even the neighbors were friendly! I would recommend this home to anyone!

Family Beach Trip

This was a perfect beach house for our group of twelve. Plenty of room for everyone . The pool was very nice with plenty of furniture, an outside shower, and an entrance straight into the laundry area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses,etc.. All the beds and the furniture were nice and comfortable. The walk to the beach is a little long and over the dunes so taking beach chairs,umbrellas is a little difficult. However, a very nice public beach facility is a short 10 minute walk or just a minute to drive. It has a great walkway to the beach and showers, bathrooms, etc. We had a problem with the washing machine, but the management company was very prompt in getting it fixed in no time at all. We enjoyed our week and would definitely go again!
