House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

This warm and luxurious private home is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, high in the spectacular eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. Off of Main Street, where you'll find several free shuttle bus routes to take you to Mammoth Mountain main lodge or the Canyon Lodge, the home is across the street from gorgeous cross-country ski trails and is only a five minute walk to The Village for entertainment, dining (Whiskey Creek, Petra's Cafe, Pizza, etc.), General Store, Gondola, ticket/rental office. And less than a five minute walk to Paul Schat’s Bakery, Mogul Restaurant, Good Life Cafe as well as the Main Street Plaza and Red Rooster Mall Shopping Centers, Footloose Sports, and more.

This newly remodeled, executive town home is fully furnished with classic decor, furniture, electronics, home theatre system, iPod docking sound systems, video collection, bedding, washer/dryer, propane BBQ grill, board games, and amenities for your complete and hassle-free vacation experience. You will enjoy the convenience of the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could ask for, as well as linens and sundries, provided to make your stay complete.

There are three large bedrooms and three full baths. The large, private master suite is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, balcony, flat screen TV/DVD, and a full bath with double vanities. A second spacious bedroom is equipped with Queen-size bed and dresser along with a full, private bath. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen-size bed and dresser with large closet. The third bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and large vanity.

The leather Queen sleeper-sofa located in the upstairs living room provides additional sleeping, as well as the downstairs family room - which has a home theatre surround sound system, board games, videos, and pellet fireplace. There is also an additional den for sleeping bags or gear bags etc. This residence will accommodate eight to twelve people comfortably.

Private, attached two-car garage includes room for safely storing all your skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, and golf clubs. Unfortunately theres not enough room to fit a car however most anything else will fit.

Less than 45 minute scenic drive to beautiful Yosemite National Park and Mono Lake (only 100 miles to Half Dome and El Capitan) or Bodie State Park ghost town! Just a short drive to June Mountain and only a few miles from Lake George, Lake Mary and Twin Lakes.

Wonderful home, great location, perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay with our friends at this home. We visited in the summer and the house was such a great deal. We had two families, and plenty of space. Very quiet street, and close to everything. I liked staying in the village where the elevation is lower than closer to the slopes. Owners and management very friendly and responsive. Beautiful views from kitchen/dining/family room area.

Best Kept Secret in Mammoth

My husband, two young children, and parents stayed at this beautiful condo for three days over Memorial Day weekend 2011 and loved every moment of it! I highly recommend this place if you want to ski or just hang around and relax; definitely plan to reserve this condo again next season!

This house has it all! Staying here is a luxury experience with amazing views! The house has a beautiful kitchen and great area for entertainment. Multi-levels accommodate a variety of family activities including great flat-screen TVs and entertainment station. The kids had fun downstairs while the adults enjoyed the quiet upstairs. Close to bus lines, restaurants, and shopping, this house is convenient in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. We have enjoyed the great deck space and fantastic wildlife viewing in both summer and winter. The central heating system was fantastic and there was always more than enough hot water for our needs. This house is definitely a great value for our money!

Perfect location close to the village, gondola and all the action! Plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax. The espresso machine was a life saver! :-) Cant wait to come back!!
