A very unique Family Oriented Home with High Vaulted Ceiling uniquely made from Cypress in Great Room with Fireplace and Big Screen TV. Windows everywhere for Great Views of the Lake from each room. Breakfast Nook overlooks Lake as well as Kitchen. Large Master bedroom with Beautiful view of the Lake, A King size Bed and Flat screen TV make this a perfect getaway for a Couple or Family. Loft has Bunk beds and is enclosed just off the Great Room. Kitchen, Breakfast Nook and Great Room all adjoin for great family fun. 2 Full Baths.

Private Boat dock with the Largest Marina on Kentucky Lake just around the corner. 1/2 mile by water and 1.2 mile by car. Discounts accompany the house on Rentals ranging from Sea Doos, Bass boats, Runabouts and Pontoons.

Area has many features such as the Land between the Lakes for Biking Hiking, Hunting and Fishing. 2 Golf Courses within 3 miles and Historic Paducah, Ky just 17 mi west down I-24.

We have a Queen Size Blowup Bed (electric moter) to accomodate extra visitors. Two large Couches in living room that make wonderful beds and many memories

What an open and inviting lake house! My husband and I were able to relax for a few days at this very quiet place for a visit with my mom who lives in a small place in Western KY. Being here allowed us to have a childhood friend and her husband visit for an afternoon of catching up...the island in the kitchen was so nice with the chairs around it and we spent time by the cozy fireplace, too. Very comfortable mattresses, nice hot water for showers and any amenity you'd need is available. Rick greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. This is a really cool house that could sleep a couple of extra folks on the nice sofas so a gal's get together would be a great idea or the guy's get away. Superb views of the lake and a nice dock. This place has it all!

relaxing time!

My husband and I spent a few very relaxing days at THE LAKE HOUSE. The house was just as described. We did not have a boat to put in the boat dock, but, we did carry our chairs to the dock, and enjoyed sitting and just looking at the water! We highly recommend the house for a fun, relaxing time! The owners answered all of questions in a very timely manner and were very helpful! We certainly would rent again!

this is the 2nd time we have stayed here during the holidays and it is the best!!!!. i rate this excellent. Clean, neat, everything you need. we love staying there and will continue to every year. My children live close by in Benton this is a great place to have them come over

Paradise on the lake

Family Week at the Lake

I rented this home in order to spend time with our family and we accomplished that in a big way. The house was perfect for our family as it was very convenient to the Marina and it allow us to be close to the FLW tournament weigh-ins for our son. We also enjoyed the dock at the house for fishing and kayaking with our Grandsons. It was very clean and very well equipped. We would love to come back every year as a family.
