Your luxury beach vacation awaits you. New Penthouse corner unit professionally decorated. NEWEST CONDO ON THE BEACH!!! This fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath (sleeps 4-6), approximately 1200 sq ft condo + 300 sq ft of Beach Front balcony is on the quieter and highly sought after west-end side of Panama City Beach.

Have breakfast on the 10' x 30' oversized private corner balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald green waters and later sit back with a cocktail as the sun sets over the water. This gorgeous condo has:

-nine foot ceilings

-a breathtaking corner view

-access to the balcony from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room

-washer and dryer

-reserved covered garage space steps from the elevator

-additional covered and open parking across the street

-free long distance calling to US & Canada

-free wireless internet

-two king beds

-three flat screen TV's

The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar with three stools. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony, private bath, flat screen TV and memory foam topped king size mattress. Second room also has a king bed and flat screen TV and a separate entrance to the main bathroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV. The dining room is complete with seating for six. All brand new and fresh for your enjoyment.

Two beach chairs are also provided for your use. Kept in the large laundry room, right by the front door, where you can keep all your other beach toys and supplies.

This complex Tropic Winds has:

-a sauna

-hot tubs

-steam room

-fitness center

-an indoor/outdoor pool only a few feet from the ocean

-quiet beach and never as crowded due to building's lower density

-night security

All of this is close to many restaurants, shopping and Pier Park. Destin and many other beaches are just a short drive away. Only 15 minutes to the new Northwest Florida International Airport and 20 minutes to Panama City. All kinds of recreation available such as mini golf, go carting, movie theaters, attractions and much more. So much to do and so little time.

About The Owner

Recently we found this great condo in Panama City Beach called Tropic Winds that was just completed in April 2009 and decided to buy now a few years before we retire. We are renting it to help offset some of the costs and to share it with others. If you decide to come to Tropic Winds, on the Emerald Coast I am confident you will find it friendly, fun and relaxing, but with lots to do if you want to, just as we have. You will love our Condo and the view it offers.

Dear Paula,
Thank you for letting us stay in your Panama City, home. It was a perfect location to watch the Pier Park firework show. Pier Park was packed with people outside waiting for the fireworks, unfortunately it poured rain just before dark, we were nice and dry on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day. Thanks again.
