Furniture was all purchased new 2010, kitchen freshly equipped, linens and towels all provided!!! Home on a deep water canal with a 75 foot boat dock meets all your vacation needs. Includes boat davits, electric/water, fish cleaning station, and downstairs lockup for your gear with freezer!

One of the only community boat ramps in the area, and it's New!! Gourmet kitchen fully stocked to prepare your fresh catch of the day.

Feel the keys breezes from the 60 foot screened porch equipped with dining table , bar fridge and chairs.

The kitchen/livingroom is fabulous for entertaining and provides plenty of area for everyone to have their own space!! New 42 inch plasma TV for the must see events.

Room for two cars and trailers under house. The most relaxing part of the day ...Sunset enjoyed Kayaking from the house, Four Kayaks for your use!

Truly utopia!

We spent a great week in Marathon at this wonderful property. The porch alone is worth the visit and the house was very comfortable and very convenient to everything Marathon has to offer. We were fortunate to see a pair of manatees in the canal...what a treat! We took the kayaks out several times and saw some beautiful sunsets. I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a vacation destination. Rob was a wonderful attentive host. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Awesome Vacation Rental

My wife and I along with several other family members stayed a week at this rental. I was very impressed and would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Marathon. The house was relaxing and the owner was a pleasure to work with.


Trust me, you will find yourself spending a lot of time on the deck =)
Owner's Response: I really appreciate your kind comments . We recently spent two weeks at the house doing all the preseason improvements and it sure is great to hear that our clients are enjoying our home. I know I have said it before, but I am lucky to work with such great people both as customers and local home care professionals including but not limited to the cleaning crew and our grounds keeper. We as owners continually update and maintain the house. I strongly feel this approach yields the best care and cleanliness for all to enjoy!

Fantastic home and space

Thank you so much to the Littell's for a beautiful space to stay in with my family and our friends that came along with us. We had a fantastic time in your home for our spring break. We had a total of 8 people and this home was plenty big enough to accomodate all of us. We had a great time lounging on the wrap around porch and fishing off the dock. We brought our own boat and was so greatful to have the dock right out the back door to enjoy our boat and a day on the water. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay and chill out! Absolutly will return the next time we go to the keys. Thank you again!!!

Beautiful weather, comfortable home, great view, quiet area (even with the airport close by) who could ask for anything more. This house was clean and loaded with everything mentioned in the ad. I spoke with Rob, the owner, he was easy to speak with and returned my call promptly. We worked through the rental agency, but it was nice to speak with the owner. I didn't want to come home. It was great to find such a nice home that allowed our dog too. He loved the wrap around porch.
Would definitely recommend this property.

Christmas in the Keys

Eight of us stayed here the week of Christmas, 2011. It was nice, clean and well furnished with "plenty" of sleeping room for eight. The owner was a pleasure to work with. Great place to vacate! I highly recommend Utopia Found. The neighborhood is nice, with most nearby homes of similar quality. The weather was wonderful with breezes. We spent hours on the screened porch. The unit was relatively well stocked with spices, games, local literature, books, and puzzles, etc.

We had a problem with the A/C upon arrival and contacted the rental management company. It was repaired later that day. Very good service for Christmas Eve!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
