Welcome to '97' Tom Nevers located directly adjacent to ocean front property. This 4+ bedroom home offers panoramic ocean views from the upper living areas. With large wrap around upper and lower decks, this home is great for entertaining. The large kitchen featuring 2 dishwashers and a wine cooler refrigerator is adjacent to a dining area and large living room with fireplace that flows seamlessly allowing for family fun.

There are 2 master bedroom suites with baths attached. The upper master features a fireplace, private deck, dressing room and Jacuzzi tub and shower. The lower living area includes the 2nd master suite with attached bath and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bath.

This home is within walking distance of the ocean and miles of private beaches and a playground and ball fields for the children. There is a large backyard, outdoor shower, laundry room and individual room air conditioners.

Incredible sunsets are seen from all upper decks!

About The Owner

Scott and Claudia Cunningham are owners of Warren's Lobster House in Kittery, Maine. It is a 350 seat restaurant located on the water. We have been going to Nantucket for more than 30 years. We initially rented '97' Tom Nevers and fell in love with the moors and secluded ocean vistas. We purchased the home in 1995 and doubled the size in the year 2000. At that time a total renovation was completed yielding two master bedroom suites, 2 other bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. We take great pride in making yearly improvements and keeping the house in stellar condition. Consequently we have repeat renters on a yearly basis.

We rented this home for many years prior to purchasing it in 1995. We fell in love with the home, it's location and Nantucket Island.
