The Jade House is an extraordinary resort style home nestled on a hillside overlooking the South Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. A three level infinity pool wraps around the outdoor living area and includes a covered kid pool and swim up bar to create an oasis of family living & entertaining. A fully equipped professional kitchen provides all that is necessary to entertain large groups. The main floor master suite walls fold back to a private patio and pool. All suites have private bathrooms, double shower heads, sun deck access, and ocean views. A separate office doubles as a 5th bedroom.

Tucked behind a private gate, this brand new, 9100 square foot, Balinese contemporary home has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. Rich fabrics and ethnic accessories produce a luxurious tropical feel.
When you enter the home through the magnificent steel & glass double doors, you are greeted by soaring 40ft wood ceilings and stone floors. Laid out in front of you, the accordion walls fold back and disappear, and the indoor and outdoor living areas blend together as one. The sight of the terraced infinity pools, jungle tree tops, and the ocean in the distance complete a truly magnificent setting for your vacation.
Inddor/ Outdoor Living: The floor plan is grand, flowing, and open. The finishes are elegant, and the home abounds in subtle and thoughtful touches. The living, dining, and kitchen are located adjacent to covered outdoor living area, the pools, and swim up bar.
Lounge on the upper sun deck and look for whales, or relax by the pool under the ceiling fans. Take a dip in the 2,200 square foot, 3 tiered pool lined with Indonesian stone & Onyx. Have a drink at the swim up bar, listen to music on the sound system, look for wildlife, or just gaze at the views down the coast.
With our exquisite chef services (upon request) your group can sit back and enjoy an incredible meal in this private and beautiful setting. Also available upon request are in-house spa services. Pamper yourself and your guests with a relaxing massage, facial, pedicure/manicure, yoga or Reiki treatment.
Relaxing Atmosphere: The master suite opens onto a private patio and pool. Amenities include a giant stone tub, double shower heads in a glass tiled shower, a king bed and an immense walk in closet.
In addition to the master, The Jade House includes three spacious bedroom suites on the upper floor (3 king beds), each with an in-suite private bathroom, sun deck, and ocean view. There is an office on the main floor that doubles as a 5th bedroom. In order to accommodate more guests, upon request additional sleeping can be arranged in the lower level bunk room.
The Jade House includes a fully equipped professional kitchen with Viking range, ice maker, and side by side professional commercial sized refrigerator / freezer. It also includes full laundry facilities. Linens and towels are provided.
