Relax and enjoy your stay in this great Cadillac vacation home with lake access, and over 200 miles of groomed trails for the snowmobilers. Snowmobilers love the location with direct trail access and being able to ride from the garage.
This 2 story home accommodates up to 8 people and includes a 2.5 oversized garage for all of your toys. The home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with pillow top queen beds in each, 2 living areas with pull-out sofas, flat screen TV’s with over 100 channels of cable, and a 2 person trundle bed for addition sleeping. The cottage has a great loft space with views of both the state park and lake. Loft is Ideal for entertaining guests or watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, also makes a great space for the kids to hang out. Our Cottage accommodates up to 8 people and offers a master suite with queen pillow top bed, full bathroom and laundry room. Our place also has 2 addition living areas(main floor living room & loft) with pull-out sofas, flat screen TV’s and a 2 person trundle bed in the loft area for addition sleeping.
This cozy home has been completely remodeled and furnished with new appliances and furniture. Appliances include washer/dryer, microwave/grill, refrigerator/stove, coffee pot/toaster and dishwasher. All linens are included and all 3 televisions have over 100 channels of cable. Our cottage is also pet friendly.
For skiers we are approximately 15 minutes from Caberfae and 30 minutes from Crystal Mountain. Also, offering discounted Sunday lift tickets to Caberfae with advance booking.
Weekly rates starting at $850 a week/ $350 a weekend with additional nights added on at $125 a night. Holiday rates may differ.

Relax and enjoy your stay in this great Cadillac vacation home with lake access and 60 feet of private dock with sandy beach located next to Kenwood Park. This cottage backs up the Kenwood Park and has lake access with a private boat dock that is less than 50 yards from your front door and the Kenwood Park boat launch is a few hundred yards from the cottage.
This 2 story cottage has a great loft space with views of both the state park and Lake Cadillac. The loft is ideal for entertaining guests or watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, also makes a great place for the kids to hang out. Loft area also has an air conditioning unit that helps cool the cottage on those warm summer days!
Our Cottage accommodates up to 8 people and offers a master suite with a queen pillow top bed, full bathroom and laundry room. A second bedroom on the main floor features a queen pillow top bed with plenty of closet and dresser space. Our place also has 2 addition living areas with pull-out sofas, flat screen TV’s with 100 channels of cable and a 2 person trundle bed for addition sleeping. There are 2 full baths on the main floor that offer plenty of space with a full bathtub in the main bathroom and a stand up shower in the master. The master suite also has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and two laundry tubs with faucet. The fenced in back yard is great for grilling out and includes a patio area, lawn furniture and a fire pit. The cottage also has a large stainless steel gas grill for your summer barbecues!
Kenwood Park has a sandy beach with roped off swimming area and lifeguards on duty throughout the summer. Park also includes a large children play area, picnic tables, 18 hole Frisbee golf course, and a nature hiking trail with bird lookout areas. A paved bike path that loops around the lake can be accessed from your front door.
