This spacious 2,400 sq. foot Town-home features: 4 Bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and a 5th bathroom off the living room for guests to use. A double car attached garage (with ski racks for your gear) makes it easy from the car with groceries right into the kitchen! Also there's a private hot tub on your own deck for your private après ski.
This is part of an exclusive community known as 'In The Trees'. If you haven't stayed here you're in for a treat. Only 12 Town-homes in the entire development located 1/8 of a mile to the lower Deer Valley Ski Lift and on the free shuttle route makes being one of the first on the hill a breeze! Take a look at the pictures, I think you'll agree you're in for a fantastic vacation!

We found this location and quality of construction un-paralleled to anything under $1.5 million.
These feel much more like a private home as you'll see from the pictures.
This is a great property. Our family (5 adults and 1 child) spent 5 nights at this property over Spring break. The location is perfect as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Snow Park Lodge, and a 5 minute car ride to Main Street. We especially loved the fact that all of the rooms are well furnished, and all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, so there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The unit was clean, fresh, and well appointed. There is no reason to stay at any nearby 5 star hotel. This property is better for a family and offers great value. We will be coming back here for sure. A+++
Lovely condo up in Deer Valley with very short walk to Deer Valley shuttle. Owner was very accommodating to our travel needs. Condo had full amenities. Terrific location. Would definitely stay there again!
Our ski group really enjoyed the layout and all of the amenities of the house. It was warm, spacious, and well stocked. We were amazed at the quality of kitchen appliances, utensils, etc. We appreciated the upstairs washer and dryer, spacious bathrooms, endless hot water for showers, in addition to the fabulous fireplace and hot tub.
The open living area allowed for a jovial family dinner atmosphere. Additionally, we were delighted to discover games, perfect for apres ski activities.
The location could not be beat! We enjoyed champagne hour at the St. Regis, dinner at Zoom, and whiskey tastings at High West. All of this accessible by the bus line so conveniently located near the house.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend and hope to return soon!
Great property with plenty of space to spread out. Had everything and more you could need. Comfortable beds. Great location to Deer Valley. We walked home one day, but rode the shuttle most of the time. Easy owner to work with.
Our family has been enjoying this property for the past 3 years and find it ideally suited for our needs. The rooms are very comfortably sized and well decorated, the common areas are cozy and the bonus basement with fireplace and extra bedroom is an ideal place to get away from the hubbub a large family can create. The kitchen is well equipped.
The views are lovely, especially from the master bedroom & the hot tub and the house is walking distance to Deer Valley and on the main bus line.
There is tons of storage and the double garage keeps our car snow free.
