Behind the walls of the property you will find a hidden vacation paradise. The house is divided into three separate living areas. Casa Salsa, bottom floor, is our most popular. It is a three or two bedroom, three bath, living area that opens up to the privacy of the courtyard. The kitchen can be used for those who like to cook or ignored if your tastes are more suited for dining out. Outside you will find well maintained courtyard filled with local flora and fauna. Might see Howler monkeys in the trees.
This is Costa Rica living at its best, providing clean living, safety and functionality also a great price.

The POOL: Our inviting pool welcomes you to soak away your worries, cool off, or enjoy sunning in its many lounge chairs. The COURTYARD: Host private dinners or have new friends over for a cookout in the courtyard. Outside dining at its finest. HOUSEKEEPING: Clean house, sheets and towels are provided. Don’t want to clean? No problem. Daily or weekly housekeeping is available on request for a minimal fee.
SAFETY: Andrew Mercer and Luanna Barbosa, the owners/operator of this property live on site. He/she is available for any needs or questions that may arise. They have lived on site for three years and speak Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
SPORTS BAR?: Yes, there is a small sports bar directly across the street. Ping Pong, Pool, Foosball, Poker Tournaments every Mon/Thurs and nice cold drink/food.
SUPERMARKET: Is right next door to the sports bar on the way to the beach.

SURF TRIPS: Andrew Mercer, a life time surfer, is available to take you to the best local breaks. Don’t know how to surf? That’s okay. Andrew has been training up and coming surfers for years at Surf Into Summer Surf Camp in Florida. Surf lessons provided by reservation only. $40/lesson, Depending on location.
SNORKELING: Don’t guess, let us arrange snorkeling adventures with the best.
ZIPLINING TOURS, ATV Tours, HORSES: All of these activities can be reserved upon request.
GROCERIES: There is a small store on our street (Super Langosta) for light shopping and necessities. Bigger shopping can be found at the Auto Mercado in Tamarindo a short drive away.
NIGHTLIFE: Nightlife is up to you. You can have a quiet night at home surrounded by music, friends and tiki torches. OR you can go into the town for fine dining, clubbing, and casino.
Guided Vacations: Want to come to Costa Rica but a little nervous about being alone? Are you ready for a vacation but your friends can't come? Maybe you are a single parent and would like some help showing your kids a good time? Andrew will be happy to accompany you around. He is available to take you anywhere you want to go. He has taken many people on many trips throughout this area. He knows the safe places to go and the best places to eat. Need a translator? You got it.
