Located on a beautiful red sand beach, with panoramic views of the Northumberland Strait and the Confederation Bridge and just a scenic 10 minute drive from the city of Summerside and all of its amenities.

This newly completed(June 2009)house features a living area with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows for incredible ocean views. Huge deck runs the entire width of the house with access from the living room and master suite. Master suite features a walk-in closet and jetted tub. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, and LCD flat screen TVs with satellite receivers. Living area has a gas fireplace and 50 inch plasma TV with DVD player and satellite receiver.

The house is equipped with central air-conditioning, and heated by a geothermal heat pump.

We arrived to this home late Saturday and immediately knew we had reached our home away from home.
It was clean, the view was incredible and everything (as we would later find out) was so comfortable!
All of our amenities were taken care of...pots, pans, bedding, more than enough bath & beach towels, dishes, propane for the bbq, lawn chairs, etc...
The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking - you wake up with a view of the sun rising over the ocean and go to sleep with the moon shining over the ocean. Simply beautiful.
Thank you Jeff & Susan for making our vacation that much better with this home.
We loved PEI and will definitely return.
NOTE: When going please make sure to bring plenty of insect repellant as this backs on to a deeply wooded area.

Incredible View, Very Clean and Relaxing!!

We arrived late Saturday and were greeted to this beautiful home. Everything seen in the pictures is completely accurate and yet there is so much more to see!
From the minute we walked in the door of this beautiful home, we knew this was our home away from home. Everything was so clean, relaxing and inviting! The view from the Master Bedroom is incredible! ...we woke up to a view of the sun rising over the ocean and went to sleep with the moon reflecting over the ocean. Just beautiful! Every amenity was taken care of! Thank you Jeff & Susan for such a lovely home and for putting all the extra touches into making our stay a great one! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house and great location!

My husband and I along with our two sons and their spouses spent a week in PEI. This house was perfect for us. It is beautifully finished and has everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the beach as much as the house, just right for a family or a romantic getaway.

lovely location

We stayed at mason Cottage in Sept 2011. Magnificiant stay, couldn't ask for more. Gorgeous house, great location, close to everything. Our little one really enjoyed the beach which is only steps away. This home has everything you need and more. We where very sad to leave the the end of our vacation. Will definatly be renting again if we return to PEI for our summer vacation next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Your home is magical. Thank you for sharing it with us. Our kids (and Danielle and I!) got to see things that we've never seen before. It was VERY hard to come home! You spared absolutely no expense in your home-- all is beautiful-- and so very convenient.

We were all over the Island-- Cavendish, Charlottetown, North Cape, East Point, Summerside, Argyle-- and that's just off the top of my head! PEI is a very special place. One problem: an extremely high bar has been set for vacations. It will be hard to find locations and housing that will surpass this one! Please feel free to use us as a reference for anybody who might want to hear from someone who stayed at your accommodations!
