This is a contemporary house, with new landscaping, new furniture, new kitchen appliances, new paint, floors... very fresh and modern with a cozy feel the second you enter the long driveway. Large decks surround the house for al fresco eating and sunning. Hot tub in the back for enjoyment all year round, plus outside shower set up as a spa with creams and shampoos and double head shower for two. Inside there are vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV in every room, large kitchen island and a dining room for eating alternatives. Fireplace in living room for autumn nights. The two bedrooms have sumptuous new beds that enable you to really have a dreamy sleep. Two bathrooms have both been freshened with new toilets and new design. This house is maintenance free, and allows for a great getaway.

Great shopping in the small towns of east Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk, and sag harbor. Great area for running, tennis close by, golf close by, and then of course why not just sit out on the deck and read, and sip from a local winery? Its really the perfect vacation.

This unique property rests a quarter mile from the Bay beaches and six miles from the ocean beaches. You have the feel of country, yet you are 15 minutes from town. The surrounding area is chock full of outside activities. I mile from the bay beaches, ride the bikes or drive to the beach. If you want waves, drive 6 miles to the ocean beaches. Great shopping in the small towns of East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk, and Sag Harbor. Great area for running, tennis close by, golf , and then of course why not just sit out on the deck and read, and sip wine from a local winery? And unfold in the hot tub under the stars. Its really the perfect vacation.

Notes: Great little house, all updated with new furniture, new floors, new paint, new owners. we made it cozy, hot tub, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, fenced in yard, great for bike riding, beach, relaxing, running, fishing, and plenty of outside decking for eating, BBQ, and sunning. vaulted ceilings make this cutie feel big and spacious. Perfection!

This house was perfect! We wanted a place to get out of the city and relax for New Years with our friends. We sat by the fire and watched movies, enjoyed home cooked meals in the fabulous kitchen and unwound in the hot tub under the stars. We also spent an afternoon in the great town of East Hampton. Such a great house. VERY clean and felt like home. We did not want to leave! We will definitely be returning!

Loved our stay

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The house is so clean and the furnishings are so comfortable and stylish. We all loved the soft rugs in the bedrooms - especially our dog! The deck is amazing - it surrounds three sides of the house. When we didn't feel like dealing with traffic, we just headed out to the deck to relax, get some sun and let our dog run around. This was definitely one of the nicest rental houses we've stayed at. And it was so nice to be greeted by Bill who showed us around and told us all the ins and outs of the house and neighborhood. If we end up planning another vacation in East Hampton, this house will be at the top of our list.

First time Trip to East Hampton-What a joyful suprise!

We had an extraordinary time on our first visit to East Hampton! Weather was perfect, ocean water was warm enough to boogie board! Your home is classy, beautifully decorated, comfortable and the landscape, yard & Hot tub, impeccable! I've never been to a vacation rental that allows pets that's so immaculate! I don't know how you can leave this ideal place an home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home and also using it as a vacation rental. BTW where did you get your camel in the kitchen? We visited Mimi Meehan Gardens, my sister is named Mimi Meehan & my dad's name is Clinton, amazing! Christine Meehan Poore

We were looking for a warm, cozy, simple place to spend time together while taking walks on the beach. This house was perfect for just that. Down to earth and unpretentious while feeling like all your needs were being met in a lovely, cared for way. The (almost) surround deck is a wonderful feature, even in the winter- giving the house an added spacious feel. Love the location which is a little out of the more active Hamptons areas. Will not disappoint!

Hamptons visit - Halloween wkd 2011

What a perfect place for a getaway! We stayed here for a weekend in October, and it couldn't have been better. It's a beautiful home with: private yard, private hot tub (on back patio), fireplace, large kitchen, room for our dog (and toys!), plus a great neighborhood for walks and bike rides.

The village is just a few minutes away in the car, and the view of Long Island sound is a short walk from the driveway. We will absolutely go back, hopefully every year!
