About The Owner

We are from Provo Utah. I'm an engineering professor at Brigham Young University and my wife stays home with our kids.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose St. George

My family has been enjoying Las Palmas and Green Valley for more than 20 years. I remember when I was a kids how much I looked forward to St. George and the great pools at Las Palmas. We saw this condo as a bank owned and couldn't resist. Such a great financial and family time investment.

What makes this condo unique

We love so many things: hiking at Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, biking on trails right behind the condo, Cafe Rio, Pizza Factory, and boating at Sand Hollow.

Beautiful Condo and Great Get Away!

We had such an enjoyable weekend in St. George. Our condo was beautiful and spotless. The kitchen was very nice and we were able to prepare some of our meals, including our traditional Sunday dinner. We were close to the pool and playground. We were able to enjoy the pools, hot tubs, and tennis. We saw some rabbits, lizards, and an owl. We spent a day in Snow Canyon hiking and enjoying the scenary. We will definitely do this again!

A lot to do!

My family absolutely loved our stay in this condo. I have been going down to St. George with my family every summer since I was in elementary school (I am now approaching 40), and this was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. The unit was nice, updated, roomy, well-equipped and close to the pool! We loved being able to walk right out our back door and go to the entrance of the pool. We also enjoyed the large grounds and taking walks at night and playing on the different playgrounds and spotting "bunnies"! We used the central location in Southern Utah to go to Zions National Park and Snow Canyon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Wow, this was an incredible place to stay. It was SO much better than getting a hotel. Everything about this was place was perfect. Great location, not very far from anything and everything. It was very clean and comfortable. The pools were wonderful. The people here really know how to take care of you and let you have a worry-free vacation!

We loved this condo resort!! The online reservation process was so easy to use, and we felt confident we'd found just the condo we needed because there were so many pictures and details provided. And when we arrived, we found the condo to be exactly what we expected! It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. We had a pool/hot tub and playground just outside our patio door which kept my kids entertained during our whole stay. This property is adjacent to some great mountain biking trails, which kept hubby happy too.:) We will definitely stay here again!

loved, loved, loved this condo

We stayed in Unit 2004 7/14/11 through 7/17/11…This condo is amazing! We had all the rooms filled with our family, but we didn’t feel cramped…It was Wonderful! It was so nice to have a space where we could all be together, but have separate bedrooms to wind down in…We loved having the space to just hang out…have all our meals together…to just enjoy each other…Loved, Loved, Loved this Condo!!! Would Highly Recommend to all!!!
