Gorgeous Edgartown home, in a private community, surrounded by 27 acres of conservation land. One mile to Edgartown village, beaches, and restaurants. Ideal rental house for 2 families, or one larger family. Huge Gourmet Kitchen, Wolf appliances, 14 foot island, perfect for entertaining. House has large master bedroom, 1st guest room with Twin beds and trundle, 2nd guestroom with full bed. Brand new guest suite has another 2 bedrooms, equipped with queen bed, and 2 twins, full bath, and common area. Huge(60 ft) mahogany back deck, front porch, large back yard, and basement equipped with ping pong, air hockey, scooters, and bikes. There are walking paths, a beautiful pond and tons privacy.

You will not be disappointed in this house, and all it has to offer, perfect location.

Tenants to bring their own linens/towels.

This rental is fantastic. The serene area captivated you at first, but then the home is exquisite. From beautiful wall colors, to comfortable furniture, high end appliances and plenty of space....not much more that you could ask for. The owners are hands on and extremely pleasant to work with. They take pride in their home, making this a great getaway on the Vineyard!
