Pt. Judith, Narragansett-- 4 bedroom 2 bath home with spectacular ocean views--Enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean on this private dead end street while listening to the sound of the waves crashing against the ocean floor. Enjoy your breakfast on one of the many outside living areas such as the front, ocean facing, 8' x 40' farmers porch or the upper 8'x 20' deck facing the ocean.
You might catch some of the locals surfing off of Conant Avenue or with binoculars see some large vessels from all over the world passing by. Some local beaches- Roger Wheeler State Beach, previously known as Sand Hill Cove, is 1 mile west and Scarbrough State Beach is 1 mile north, Camp Cronin Fisherman Memorial is open to the public and has a small beach with a jetty to sit, walk or just enjoy the beauty. Pt. Judith Light House is just down the street, on a foggy night you can hear the warning to the sailors from the fog horn. Other beaches nearby are Salty Brine Beach in Galilee (at Georges') and the town beach by the Pier near the Towers in Narragansett.
After the beach, experience the outside hot/cold water shower under the blue sky, once you experience this you will want to install your very own at home!!!

This marvelous house was rented for the family of my grandson for his weekend wedding. In my over 15 years of property management in CA and FL, I have never stayed at a property that far exceeded my expectations of what a rental home would be. It is a beautifully maintained home that says "welcome" from the time you enter until you leave. It was so well equipped, that it surprised me. I have managed properties that charged so much more, that offered so much less. The little things you least expected where there. Forget your blow dryer, it was there. Need an extra pillow or quilt, it was there. Dinnerware, cutlery, cooking pots, serving trays, BBQ grill, marvelous furnishings...I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling in the area to rent for a wonderful family environment. Weddings, Anniversaries, special birthdays or great getaway. Close to shopping...but far enough away for privacy. Enjoy the balconies, decks, glass enclosed side deck. Beautifully landscaped, interior and exterior maintenance above par. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy this venue for a very exciting time in our lives.
We loved this house. It far exceeded our very high expectations. We had adults, friends,
children, a baby. The size and flow of the rooms is terrific. The upstairs family room with
the huge TV and the cross breeze from the deck on either side, the smaller den, living room,
porches, grill, large modern kitchen, wonderful long dining room table, even beach equipment, lovely furnishing -- this house has all you could want and more. We had a memorable week and are eager to return.
We've been renting beach houses for the past 5 summers (in Narragansett RI). By far this was the best house we've stayed in. For starters it was clean and bug free. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen which was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans etc. The dining room table easily sat 12+ people. There is a very comfortable living room as well as an enormous family room. The yard is terrific, both front and back. There are water view decks as well as a farmers porch with ocean view. I enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee each morning. This house was definitely built with family, peace and comfort in mind. The owners generously leave 4 bicycles, gas grill and tons of beach chairs etc. for their renters to enjoy. In addition, the house is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme.
I completely would recommend this home.
Our family included 3 generations.
We have spent many summers vacationing in many different houses but this place was different. It wasn't a house it was a home. From the minute we booked the house, Deb, the owner was there to answer questions via e mail. We kept in touch here and there until the time came for us to leave for Rhode Island. Upon arrival, Deb greeted us with a welcome as though we were friends. The home is spectacular to put it mildly. You walk into a home that is filled with their personal touches making it feel like you are spending time in a cared for place rather than a vacation rental. The home is huge with immaculate rooms. The four bedrooms and the bonus room were a huge hit with our large family. The bonus room is amazing. I could live in this home forever. Thank you Deb for showing us around your place. The location is perfect. You can see the ocean from the front deck and the upper deck. You can hear the waves at night. It is a close drive to Point Judith Lighthouse, or walk. We spent mornings at Black Point watching the sunrise or just sitting at home watching the sky light up with a cup of coffee on one of the outside decks or farmers porch. Now that we have found perfection we need not look anymore. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation home for any large family looking for a beautiful spot to relax, have fun, laugh, or travel to Block Island, Newport, Galilee, Lighthouse, etc. Deb includes so many amenities. Leaving was the hardest part. I would give it 10 stars if I could. See you next summer I hope! Janice and family
What a beautiful house. In person it was as beautiful as it shows in the pictures on VRBO. The house was very clean, has updated amenities and close to the water as well as all of the sites in Narragansett. As a regular to this area and having stayed in many rentals this home is our favorite. Not to mention Deb was a pleasure to deal with.
We rented the house for a long weekend that was supposed to be our daughter's wedding weekend. Unfortunately, she died in a car accident just before Christmas. So we decided to be away from home for it and invite a few of her/our friends to laugh/reminisce/cry/be alone, etc. We were greeted by Deb, the owner who gave us a pot of lupines and a journal to write memories in. So thoughtful of her. The house is so big that you can be alone anytime you want to be, yet has gathering areas for many people as well. A beautiful, long handmade table (by her husband), off the kitchen held 12 of us easily with room to spare. Comfy couches --tvs in several rooms. This was the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable place we've ever stayed. Lovely decorating. And I don't think there was anything they had forgotten to provide. They thought of many possible scenarios and had the items ready and available. The sunrises were amazing...no sleeping late! We were within walking distance to the lighthouse and small beach with rocky coast and breakwater. The ocean smell and sounds were so relaxing. Galilee is also about 5 minutes away that has some nice restaurants. You can watch the ferries and fishing boats in the harbor while eating on the deck (both enclosed and open air sections). There were also some restaurants within walking distance of the house. A short ride to sandy beaches--Scarboro and Narragansett. Surfing seemed to be popular all along the coast-even down in our rockier area. The neighborhood around the house was very quiet and away from the congestion and "busyness" of the beach areas. It was good for walking/running avoiding the traffic. I would definitely recommend this property!! Thanks again for a very special weekend, Deb! (and Dan)
