Guestbook comments from the owner
Hello Seth, I wanted to thank you and Mei again for the great vacation and time we enjoyed at your vacation home. Our entire family is still talking and reminiscing about the house and island. Your home was perfect for us and all of the family sharing, celebrations, and reunions we were able to enjoy. I hope the home was as you expected it after your inspection. We will be glad to be a reference for your home if you would want us to. Thanks again. Bill
We are a family of five with two teenage daughters and a seven year old son. My wife and I bought the home before we had children and have loved our time on the island watching our family grow. We enjoy everything Katama has to offer; close proximity to town, relaxation, clamming, boating, biking, the beach and fishing.
This property has everything we wanted; privacy, wide open unobstructed views, large flat lot, enough room for family and guests. It is a large home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with multiple living areas for everyone to spread out. In addition the location is superb, an easy bike ride to beach or town.
Not many homes in Katama have multiple living areas and ours has two large separate family rooms. In addition The neighborhood is considered by many to be the 'secret gem' of Katama. It is located in the heart of Katama, has wide open unobstructed pastoral and ocean views. It is a small private neighborhood with only five homes on a well maintained dead-end dirt road with easy access to the bike path. With all the hustle and bustle in town and around the island during the summer it is nice to come back to the peace and serenity of the neighborhood.
