This 4bd/3.5ba million dollar Estate Home features golf and beach living at its finest. When you visit the tropical Hawaiian paradise of the Ko Olina Resort, which is now the home of the new Disney Aulani Resort, you will enjoy a fully equipped luxury home featuring amenities such as central A/C, WiFi Internet, large BBQ grill on rear lanai, fully outfitted kitchen, spice rack, washer/dryer w/ detergent, dishwasher, flat screen TVs with cable, DVD players, beach towels, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama beach cart, boogie board, surf board, misc beach toys and more!
Relax in this spacious 2,100+ sq ft interior home and 325+ sq ft on two separate Lanais, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The 4 bedrooms have beds to sleep 8, as follows:
MASTER SUITE: CA-King-Size bed (2nd floor)
BEDROOM 2: Queen-Size bed (1st floor)
BEDROOM 3: Two Twin-Size beds (1st floor)
BEDROOM 4: Queen-Size bed (1st floor)

This home also features one travel crib, one high chair and one safety gate for a baby or toddler, available upon request at no additional cost. We also have a set of plastic kitchenware for the little ones.

The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining room and a few steps from the large lanai with additional outdoor seating for up to 8 people. The nearby pool in the gated community is just a 2-3 minute walk away. Enjoy a wonderful BBQ in the shade of one of three pool-side private cabanas while the balmy Hawaiian breeze gently pass by. The pool features sparkling water and a relaxing atmosphere, complete with a separate hot tub and shallow swimming area for the younger children. The oceanfront sidewalk path, beaches and lagoons are close by and within walking distance. It is a beautiful 7-10 minute walk to the beaches and lagoons from this property (2-3 minutes by car.)
RESTAURANTS AND DINING:
There are many great restaurants throughout the Ko Olina Resort community (view detailed map below). Roy’s Restaurant is the closest to this vacation home (a 2 minute walk), located near the 18th hole at the Ko Olina Golf Club. The Marriott Vacation Club (Lagoon 3) is home to Chuck’s Steakhouse, excellent food combined with island ambiance. The best place for casual beachfront dining is Longboards, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking beautiful Lagoon 3. The Marriott Ihilani Hotel and the Disney Aulani also feature several fine restaurants and shops. All of the dining options mentioned above can be conveniently accessed via the Ko Olina Lagoon boardwalk and beach parking.
