Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

A desirable, non-smoking, beachfront, 1,800 square foot, spacious condominium. Living room has access to a terrace overlooking the ocean, pools and gardens. There are 2 well-maintained tennis courts, two pools (one cold for lap swim, the other heated year round) and a fine Italian restaurant within the complex as well as a newly renovated fitness center.

A king size bed is in the master bedroom, and a twin and fold out bed in the second bedroom. Two full bathrooms. Master bath with Jacuzzi. Maximum occupancy 4.

Enjoy paradise living in Key Biscayne. The beaches around the island are voted among the top ten in the world and are just steps away. The complex is adjacent to Bill Baggs State Park, home of the Cape Florida Light House, fishing piers and waterfront dining.

Nearby amenities include: restaurants, golf, boating, fishing, biking, and scuba diving. Nearby Malls include: Dadeland Mall, The Falls, Village of Merrick Park, Sunset Place and Coco Walk’s Mayfair. You can even learn a new language at the nearby language school.

This island retreat is just; 1 mile from the Sony Ericsson Tennis Open and Crandon Golf Course, 15 minutes from Downtown Miami, Brickell’s Financial District, Coconut Grove and the Adrienne Arscht Performing Arts Center, The American Airlines Arena (home of the Miami Heat) and 30 minutes from Miami International Airport and the South Beach nightlife.
