Beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath lake front home. New fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer. Large open kitchen and family room with lake view from every window. Four large bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and one with 2 full beds (bunked)each room has dressers and closets. (3 bedrooms have lake views) Large front porch to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Walloon Lake views. Large flat grassy area in front of porch great for playing bocce ball or other games. Fire pit for s'mores. Shared frontage and dock with available space for your boat. Kayak available for renters.

5 minute walk into Walloon Village for famous cinnamon rolls in the morning, supplies, sandwiches, pizza or movie rentals. Petoskey, Boyne City, and Harbor Springs are a short drive with wonderful shopping, famers markets, restaurants, movies, miniature golfing and various other activities.
