House was better equipped than most; nice location. Would NOT recommend for 10 people. It was advertised to accommodate 6-10; however, we had 10 and sleeping 10 was a problem. Air mattress at house did not work. Also, the dining room table seats 8 - where are the other 2 supposed to eat! Limited internet time available so if you were planning a working vacation, this might be a problem. TV in loft lost connection to satellite MANY times.

Owner's Response: We have reviewed this customers complaints and I find the following:
Guests should contact the owner and ask specific questions about sleeping arrangements, amenities, etc. which are clearly stated in the description of the property on this listing. We hire a local Management Company with 24 hour contact service which every renter is given a phone number for. So, if there are any issues, they can respond to any reasonable request. As for the table seating, it is for 8. However, there is a folding table and lots of additional chairs that should and can be used. We have no cable and we use Direc TV and Hughes Net for satellite internet. We have no control on how that service is being provided. There may have been high winds. We value all of our guests and their opinions. We strive to make every guest a happy guest. So please, just ask.
