LOVELY NEWLY REMODELED CONDO, CLOSE TO THE GULF OF MEXICO

Sanibel Island has miles of beaches featuring the best shelling in Florida. There are miles of bike and jogging paths throughout the island. Shops and fine restaurants are plentiful. Golf courses are pristine. Our condo has a wooden deck overlooking the Sanibel River and the golf course(across the river). All this provides a beautiful view of lush vegetation, exotic birds, wildlife, and spectacular sunsets. In this setting our condo provides picnic tables and gas grills for your use.

Our condo unit is newly remodeled and within walking distance (3 minute walk) to the Gulf of Mexico and its beaches. Our second story unit (we do have an elevator) has 2 bedrooms (one queen bed and two twin beds), two full size bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, lanai with seating area and a lovely view. There are TVs in both bedrooms and living room with cable, DVD, and VCR. We also have a sound system. A heated swimming pool and tennis court are available for your use at no charge.
